Grew up going to Harry's Ice Cream in VB, truelly miss the place. Wish there was a carrot cake ice cream like you made back in the day, never found anything like it again.

Uncle Harry's Chocolate Brownie Ice Cream Cake is one of those best 2's of life... If you have... then you Know... If you haven't... then you absolutely have to, and then you will want to eat at least two slices too... meaning also and as well!Seriously folks, If you have Family and there's any Leftovers of this cake, (and that alone would be shocking) anyway... you really should have a padlock on the freezer door, or you won't get any tomorrow.
