Venice NY Pizza

Place is so dirty. The bathroom was worse than a porta potty. No soap no towels. Sink was black. You wonder how the kitchen is and how their hand r clean.

Ordered a cheeseburger for my kid and the bun was burnt. How could the person putting this into a container think “they’ll love this” ? The Italian subs were sub par. Rolls also toasted too long. The chicken fingers were overcooked but they did taste good. Pizza was done perfectly.

Two hour later my pizza is still not here on Tuesday night...when I orderd it said 30 min then it changed to 1 hour ...now it's 2 hours..arrived cold...I live 5 min drive from the place.....food is good delivery is awfull.

My favorite "non-chain" pizza joint. Their pizza is delicious 90% of the time. My only complaint is that their prices are a bit high. For example, two medium 14 inch pizzas will set you back almost $35. But hey, it's 2024 and nothing is really cheap anymore (am I right?). Let's hope the next administration gets this inflation under control ?

Pizza tasted great. Restaurant itself makes me not want to eat as filthy, dirty floors and dust everywhere. Makes me wonder how sanitary is kitchen.

I ordered an 18” pizza thru Slice, to be delivered. It arrived earlier than expected, was hot and fresh. The amount of sauce was perfect, I usually have to order extra sauce, just to have sauce. I didn’t this time, and I was pleasantly surprised! I also got the garlic knots. They too were hot and fresh. Very soft and garlicky! I will definitely order again!

Update: I gave Venice another shot because the wings were so good. The pizza was well done this time. Unfortunately the wings werent crispy, but that wasn’t an option on the Slice app (or maybe I missed it). Either way, solid 4 stars now.

I ordered a 20” NY style cheese pizza (well done) and some mild wings (extra crispy) — what can I say, I like my stuff with a crust. Happy to report that the wings, while not “extra crispy” were good! Great size, good flavor.

The pizza was unfortunately not as good. Not only was it not “well done”, some of the cheese looked like it had been barely cooked at all. Pale color, congealed cheese and a floppy crust. By the time I got it home, it was practically ice cold. After reheating it in my own oven, it tasted great. But kind of disappointing that I ordered two items well done and neither of them met that request.

I ordered from their app, walked to the store and they said they never received any orders. After showing him it was put in he went to the back and said there was nothing. Went to the back again and said they received it on another system. So the ten minutes it took to get there I had to wait another 10 for them to make it, which there was as only one other customer there so it wasn’t like they were slammed… I ordered the deluxe cheesesteak, I got home and I couldn’t see any cheese, they took one slice of tomato, cut it in half and added it to both halves with probably 6 shreds of lettuce to the whole thing…. If I ate it there and noticed this bullshit I would have demanded my money back asap!!! The flavor was awful too!! Go to Captain George’s for a Philly!!!

I ordered a tuna fish sub from here and it was horrible. Now I know it’s a pizza/italian restaurant but if you put something on the menu I have the expectation that it’ll be at least decent. The tuna was so dry, if was as if they opened a can of tuna and put it on the bread. No Mayo or seasoning in it. It’s kinda of insulting to me like they didn’t want to make because it’s tuna fish. If you don’t want to make don’t advertise it. But overall my family really liked the pizza so all is not lost just me.

I called them one minute after opening and placed an 18 pizza order, and they were incredible. The attention to detail was impeccable. So so helpful. I'll definitely be back

This is a typical strip mall pizza joint. With absolutely exceptional new york-style crust pizza place did a good value. Friendly service. The best pizza within 20 mi of our house.
