This used to be one of our favorite places. They have taken carbonara off the menu and according to the waitstaff on our last visit, no ingredient substitutions are permitted. I still consider Venuto's fabulous, just not as spectacular as it used to be. Their raisin/cherry sauce meatballs are to die for though!
Tried calling to make reservations and got a voice mail to leave name number to call me back. Never called back. Went to the restaurant and tried to get seated. Waited over an hour to get seated and no one came to seat us. Was told they are short staffed. Won’t ever go back.

Our waitress Shana took such great care of us on our first visit here. This is such a cozy restaurant with an authentic Italian feel. They have a vast wine selection and the food is absolutely delicious. Highly recommend the fried mozzarella and the chicken parmesan. This will definitely be a new frequent dinner spot for a quiet date night.

My wife decided that she wanted spaghetti Bolognase. So we went to Venuto. They didn't have Bolognase, so she ordered the Shrimp pasta which was very nice and plentiful. I ordered the pork chop special which tasted great, the chop was a little smaller than I expected, but cooked to perfection.

I wanted to like this place. It is a cute little non chain Italian restaurant. The problem is, the food just isn't that great, and the service was slow. The menu was promising, it just wasn't well executed. I thought the prices were pretty good.

I sent back a very obviously overcooked Filet Mignon (Cooked far too long on one side, even burnt badly on that side and had requested it medium-rare)Chef sent it back to me and said I was wrong. Guess there is a first time for everything.
