A good solid, no nonsense diner. Atmosphere was a little sterile for me, food was good but not great, would be interested to come back for lunch.
I had the eggs Benedict, which is my benchmark for a breakfast place, and it was good. Eggs were cooked correctly and the hollandaise sauce was decent. The toast was a bit soggy. Was a little disappointed in the service, our server seemed distracted, spilled orange juice on her table when setting the glasses down, didn’t apologize and never offered to clean it up or even give us extra napkins to clean it up the spill. Otherwise was pretty good.

Other than being a little warm inside the building, which is probably because they are so popular and very busy, the experience was excellent. Our waitress was on top of everything and very accommodating.

The waitress was awesome, the greeter the same, but to the cook letting pubes fall in the food....my brother, when you shave before work, wash your face good, and/or wear a CLEAN net to cover your face. Otherwise, the food was ok.

This place use to be A1 but recently the service with the wait staff has fallen of tremendously. They are not as pleasant or as attentive. Refills are not done unless asked, never check to see if everything is okay with your food. Service is not the same. We normally would visit the Villiage inn (Suffolk Va location) at least 3-4 times a month, but now we rarely go there because of the poor service
