This place use to be A1 but recently the service with the wait staff has fallen of tremendously. They are not as pleasant or as attentive. Refills are not done unless asked, never check to see if everything is okay with your food. Service is not the same. We normally would visit the Villiage inn (Suffolk Va location) at least 3-4 times a month, but now we rarely go there because of the poor service

Our dine in experience was great! Ella was very sweet and attentive manager greeted us and apologized for the wait time. the food was on point. very cheerful, in fact we noticed that all the staff was really showing good spirit and happy to be at work; that really made it even better!
