I showed up somewhere between the lunch and dinner hours, and it was a little slow in there, which is just fine. They had an incredible staff that stayed on top of everything. The place had a very relaxing vibe. The portions were a nice size as well.

The place is very pretty, with karaoke rooms. The service was fast and our waitress very responsive. I order a vegetable and tofu teriyaki. To me it was too much sauce but it is probably a personal preference. The miso soup was good as well. Nice vibe.

The chicken hibachi is disgusting! The chicken is cut up into thick cube chunks and tossed in a nasty sauce, nothing like how you would get chicken hibachi from anywhere else

Service was horrible. We got a karaoke room for two hours. They took the iPad for all the songs 15 minutes before we were supposed to leave and came in every 2 minutes to make us leave because “they had people coming in”. Why would you make us pay the full price and then make us leave because you need to clean up and get ready for other guests? That is your responsibility and not ours. They also charged an extra $50 dollars of gratuity that was not mentioned. Horrible service, don’t go here.

What a stunning restaurant! The decor here is truly one-of-a-kind, making a bold statement that sets the stage for a memorable experience, especially on special occasions. While the food is decent, with sushi that tastes satisfactory but not exceptional, the real draw is undoubtedly the atmosphere. While the ingredients might not be of the highest quality, they suffice. However, I did find the service to be somewhat slow, despite the empty space. Nonetheless, the highlight here are the fantastic karaoke rooms, which are perfect for reserving for those special moments.

We came to Volcano for my fiancée’s birthday and we had a BLAST! The karaoke room is super spacious with multiple mics, screens, and fun lights. You have complete control of the songs and volume, which was greatly appreciated. The sushi was absolutely delicious and the presentation was stellar (video included)! Our servers were very attentive to all our needs and there are also 2 call buttons to get additional service whenever you need. They kept our birthday cakes in the fridge to keep them cold and prepared the set up for us! We all will be back for another party soon!

Had a wonderful experience with an up to date Karaoke set up. All staff were super nice and accommodating. We ordered bento boxes and lettuce wraps. The sushi was very good. The dressing on the salad was amazing. It was delicious! We will be back! Thank you for great and courteous service!
