First off, my girlfriend and I pulled up to the establishment and the only two employees working was sitting in the car smoking. Homeless people lingering outside and in. We were the only two patrients in the restaurant, but limited to seating because there was dirty dishes in all the booths and across the bar seating. Molly brought us dirty cutlery, that you could feel the grit on. Whomever this manager is, needs to be replaced ASAP. That manager obviously doesn't have an eye for talent, and probably is just as worst. The cook was standing outside sharing a cigarette with the homeless guy, and thought he was going to prepare my food. Molly had dirt under her finger nails. This place is completely Trash!!!!!

I give it 4 stars for being great in it's category. OK, it's not chez Paris... But they do a great job, the breakfast was good, and the staff was very happy, you could tell they cared about their customers.

Nearly every employee had long hair hanging over the grill at one point or another no hairnets no gloves nothing to protect health and hygiene issues, especially loose hair

My experience today was not the best I ordered to go the waitress had an attitude the food was good what I got that was correct but my hash browns was not covered smothered or peppered which there's an upcharge for those three items and it was missing off of both of my meals and I didn't realize until I got home

This has been one of our favorite places for breakfast for my family and me because the service and atmosphere was very pleasant. This morning my family and I came for breakfast and we realized that they have new staff with a very bad attitude and a very bad atmosphere. Unfriendly from who I believe is the manager so after a long time being one of our favorite places to have breakfast on Sundays it is no longer so.

This is a frequent visit for me and my friends/family or just me and my partner to go out and eat. We’ve never experienced any problems here and our food is always great. Today was the first time we’ve had an issue with no solution in our opinion. We first got asked what we decided to order, the three of us all got the breakfast meal so when she asked us if we wanted sausage or bacon we didn’t even question it without realizing. We were then brought very burnt waffles, bacon, and sausage and ate none of them. When she came back to the table with our receipts because me and my partner got a separate check from our friend. She had listed the all star special meal which we have no clue how you can confuse the words breakfast meal that’s 6.25 for a meal labeled completely different for 11.50. That’s when I said something confused and asked is that why we got all this extra food that we didn’t ask for, which either way was burnt and uneaten. She gave us 1.25 off each meal, when originally we would have payed 13.50 vs paying 21.50 and that was after she took off the “discount” so either way we payed way more than we originally should. When I was gonna ask more questions they completely avoided eye contact and our table so we just went up and payed as I am not in a mood to argue early in the morning and decided to just say something here. Hopefully something is mentioned so that this issue can be fixed for a future reference and or we can be accommodated for y’all’s mistake. Thank you and have a great day.

I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service that I received from this establishment. On 9/27/24, I placed an online order for a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. My sandwich barely had any cheese on it so when I got to work I emailed the complaint survey and informed them and someone by the name of “William Hood” responded telling me that I probably meant to order a different sandwich and he would send me a voucher to try the sandwich that HE THOUGHT I MEANT TO ORDER. I was completely appalled at the audacity of how dismissive he was and requested a refund and have yet to receive a response. It’s always the principle of the situation with me and the manner in which you deliver the message. I know exactly what I ordered. I paid my money and I expected to receive what I paid for. I will not be returning and I’ll be taking it further if I don’t receive a full refund since apparently he thinks ignoring me is the answer and simply sending me a voucher is the answer.
