I had such an amazing experience at this Waffle House! The employees were so kind and genuinely happy to be working together. Genise the hostess met us at the door with a smile and “Welcome to Waffle House”, she said there was a 5 minute wait but that she would get us seated as soon as possible. Genise never stopped moving and cleaning. She talked to everyone and you could tell that the regulars knew her well. Never have I been to a cleaner Waffle House! All the employees were laughing and talking so nicely to each other, you could tell they respected each other and genuinely enjoyed their jobs. Ciara was our waitress kept the hot coffee coming and was a joy to talk with. The food was delicious and probably the best I’ve ever had at a Waffle House. We throughly enjoyed talking to Genise and learning how she came to be the hostess and how much she respects and loves the general Manager Carol! Who happens to be a close family friend. Carol, it was a pleasure to dine at your restaurant! For the first time in a long time I left a restaurant with a smile on my face and feeling valued as a customer. I can’t wait to visit again soon!

I am unable to eat at Waffle house anymore due to their greed and punishment for individuals who want to place a 2 go order. Charging for gratuity is very understandable. However, they also charge a to go fee plus a fee for the product they place your food in which is outrageous. I have to go to Cracker Barrel now who doesn't have hidden fees added on. Especially for materials the company should be responsible for. That's like charging customers who dine in extra fees for dish soap and water to wash the plate they eat on, or napkins they use. It's greediness especially judging the facts that Waffle house atmosphere isn't the best to make people want to dine in. At least upgrade your establishment and staff before punishing customers who want a 2 go order. There are plenty of mom and pop spots that are smaller that don't charge unnecessary fees . Chick-fil-A just got sued for charging extra fees to customers. Waffle house should be next in the lawsuit, your prices already went up so stop with the excessive greed!
