If you follow my reviews then you know I normally don't give 5 stars but the wait staff and crew were spectacular. Service was fast and with a smile. I ordered the pork chop breakfast with toast,scrambled eggs and hash browns. The food was delicious but I just chops had just a little bit more char on them. Other than that it was a blessing.

The servers just let me stand there keep saying that they would get to me shortly, one couple finished their food while I was standing the and one server herried from the side to ring them up and said she would be with me shortly after that she took the time to send a text on her phone then walked off to help someone else. A second person finished their food and walked up behind me in line to pay and I was told once again by the second server who watched the whole thing they would get to me shortly and waved for them to come ahead of me. I guess I was the most unimportant customer at that waffle house. 4th of July night 12am. I wonder why they felt I should stand there like that.

Dennis the server was absolutely amazing! He truly took care of me and my friends! Always had our drinks filled and has a lovely personality! The only thing stopping me from giving this place a full 5 star review is the weird manager who talked to Dennis in a way that I believe was unnecessary when the rest of the staff knew exactly what Dennis was trying to communicate. I think the manager needs to brush up on how to professionally communicate to her staff and be kind to them. Otherwise I will be back again for Dennis!

Food was cooked way to fast i got a texas bacon egg and cheese and i go to batchroom come out from taking a leak then boom its done when i open plate literally soon as i got it food was soggy How does a fresh bread from being toasted that fast and eggs was barely cooker let simmer for a sec then onna sandwich and bacon was crispy on 1 side but raw onna other never again the black guy who works over night already was complaining that he was tired and given attitude

This place seriously needs New management or some training because this visit today was not it!!! Missing ítems, waiting 30+ min for a check, issues that came up we addressed with the server and she did not rectify. Other servers huffing and puffing getting attitudes and rolling eyes because they know it’s a hot mess express. The service is so bad yall like I am not kidding. Save your coins and go to another location or just another establishment. We don’t go to Waffle House cause it’s 5 star service but if I order a waffle, bring me a waffle not a completely different item. Servers don’t even know the menu, no way the customer should know that the chicken sandwich deluxe is different than the texas bacon chicken melt. Yea Waffle House gets busy, it’s common but it should not be this dysfunctional.
