Went to pick up food at the estimated time given for the food be ready. Was told was still making it. Waited patiently. About 20 to 30 min went by. A staff finally approached I repeated picking up order turns out the food was ready whole time and chilling on the counter. Also one of the orders was not right. This place need to be more organized and pay attention to detail.

Placed a mobile order, walked in about 20 minutes after placing it. 1 Employee was just chilling in their car, the other was in the back of the restaurant somewhere. Order hadn’t even been started yet, and I felt a sense of attitude as well. Pretty ridiculous, I placed the order well before arriving for a reason, so it would be ready upon arrival. Disappointing. But the food was fine.

Awesome experience! The grill girl and guy server are professional, friendly and quiet. In this day and age when everybody is either”training or complaining”, this was so refreshing!!

Customer service is sure dying more and more in every business.Come spend your money but you must help yourself by ordering and paying for it online.Getting more and more like big stores that have self checkout. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I don't appreciate spending extra money just to not get what I ordered. I wish the website had a way of refunding. Stop taking money out of my account if you're not going to provide.
Justin was super nice to me and my kid, it was hard to watch the cook be publicly condescending to this kid. Thank you Justin for being great on our new year’s breakfast! I wish we would have had him as our waiter as ours did not check in on us enough.
