Fantastic distillery and tasting room, perfect for a creative and delicious cocktail or two (or three)! Drinks were expertly balanced, not too strong or weak, or too sweet or acidic or bitter, just incredible. Unique and complimentary flavors and flares - masterful use of spices, fruit, and honey to make for an elevated experience. Went for the mixology class. Had an absolute blast!! The drinks were great as was the company. We made fast friends with the other class participants. This was a fun lighthearted experience shared with a friend.
