We Scream Ice Cream and Coffee Shop

Everyone working was friendly, the ice cream was amazing, and the location is incredibly clean. Pro tip: get the Nana’s banana pudding sundae.

Ice cream & beverages were enjoyable, however, there were rather long waits and seemed short-staffed. Would also like a few more quality choices.

We got to town on Friday and I tried the Nana’s banana pudding flavor! The guy behind the counter was so helpful and kind, and the ice cream was AMAZING! We ended up coming back 3 days in a row to eat some and enjoy the wonderful service. I wish I could order a whole tub!

I ignored the coffee shop and had straight for ice cream. Lots of classical flavors and a few interesting ones - I tried and enjoyed the bourbon it was intense and flavorful.
P.s. I'm from NYC so the prices were very comparable...
P.P.S. if I'm to criticize - I would work on their waffles. This place deserve excellent ones

I come here often and order a Starbucks mocha latte w only one shot of espresso. Today, I was charged for an extra shot when I told the guy I only wanted one shot instead of the usual two shots. My husband questioned the server why he was charged an extra $1. but he didn’t respond. Sadly disappointed. Be careful of prices.

Happened to be in the area at the Marriott..was excited about the various ice cream flavors but was disappointed that I couldn't try a sample. Thought most ice cream parlors gave samples but not this one. I had key lime pie and it was great. My niece had salted caramel with chocolate chips or something and my friend had Nana Puddin..we all enjoyed but not only were we not offered samples..we weren't even offered smiles. Definitely need improvement in customer service and geesh...offer samples!! Might try again if in the area but won't be rushing back.

Poorest servers we have witnesses. Just no interest in wanting to help or serve. No smiles no enthusiasm.. portions were weak and prices were high. Doubt we will go there again. ….and we seldom write a bad review, but this place deserves it. No spoons ready to take, it was a disappointment

Will not try again. My group was excited to try We Scream Ice Cream, so much so we left a restaurant that we enjoyed to try it out. Upon arriving we were not greeted for some time. When the employee did come over she asked curtly manner if we had made a decision. We asked to try some options and were told no. The service was so poor that my group chose to leave, after paying to park to try We Scream, without making a purchase. After choosing another awesome venue for dessert we read reviews online and realized we never should have even tried this establishment. It’s a shame that months of reviews speaking of how ill clients are being treated that the managers/owners don’t make a change. Good help is hard to find, but your policies and your employee cost you about $100 in sales tonight, just from our group alone.

Mixed emotions about the product, the banana split was great however my single scoop of the coffee flavored ice cream was freezer burnt with chips of ice in the ice cream… didn’t walk back bc waited to eat in hotel room but what a waste of ice cream not just mine but for the tub of product that shouldn’t be served
