Decent ice cream, but the lady serving us was strict and mad. My friends and I came in right before closing time on 04/06 and got some ice cream. She kept rushing us and telling us to hurry while ordering. Right as we were paying a little girl and her grandpa came in for ice cream and the worker told them to leave because the cash register was closed (even though we hadn’t payed yet). Definitely needs better staff.

Honestly the service was subpar, and they don't even allow you to try a flavor. Very weird ... Almost like they don't trust their ice cream. So I got the vanilla and was not impressed. Better off finding a different spot for ice cream.

What kind of ice cream store doesn’t let you sample? This store only had one flavor of non-dairy sorbet. If I had been given a sample I wouldn’t have bought it.

Before I begin, let me start off by saying that this review is based solely upon my personal experiences and my personal experiences alone. So with that being said let's go!. My wife and I spotted this little spot located across from the place we were staying, we decided to give them a try. They had a nice selection of ice cream flavors to choose from. My wife chose banana pudding and cookies and cream with a two scoop cup and I chose a coffee ice cream with caramel swirl and coffee chips ( sorry, I forgot the actual name of it ) . I took oof one star because you can't sample any of the flavors so you're basically winging it! Other than that I will return to try other flavors!.

I would love to give 5 stars but the fact that they don't let you sample was a bummer! Honestly, it's poor business. I would have purchased a different flavor from my husband, but we played it safe and shared the same flavor. Since I'm not the only know one who wrote this in the reviews, maybe corporate will get the hint!

Excellent ice cream, cute sitting area, wonderful employees. They share an area with Starbucks coffee, which was great as well! Try the coconut ice cream.

Tasty ice cream with a fun ambiance. We went here a few times during our trip and the serving sizes varied each evening. Our food allergy travel companion appreciated the signage regarding allergies. Servers were friendly and positive.
I did not like the allergen disclaimer; that is being lazy and is unacceptable. Practice good food hygiene and take down the sign so that all can enjoy select products. If it is a manufacturing issue - hold your supplier accountable!Disappointed in your response. Even more disappointed in your staff when she rolled her eyes at me when I requested that she use a clean spoon to scoop given the seriousness of the child’s allergies. She was using very poor food prep skills.

this place is awful! it’s so overpriced! 5 people got one scoop of ice cream and it was $30 i could buy a house with 10 scoops of ice cream at this place. it’s called we scream and yeah that’s true we scream because how stinking expensive this trash is.

If you are going to refuse to make milkshakes after a certain time at night put up a sign for people to see that BEFORE placing an order.
