I started coming here on a weekly basis about a month ago for the convenient and tasty pizza. At first, I ordered a whole pizza and would wait for it to be done, then I started getting the slices. Today I went to the ordering section of the pizza department and an employee asked what I was ordering, then directed me to move to another side for slices. Then, they took the order of someone else that got there after me and they took the last slice of the pizza I wanted. I then agreed to wait until the next pizza was ready. The employee told me it would be 15-20 minutes. I stood for 30 minutes waiting for the next pizza for slices. Eventually another customer came up and got slices from the same type of pizza I ordered 30 minutes ago. This confirmed my suspicion that they forgot about my order. After that, a guy that just started his shift was able to get the pizza slices for me. I'll be avoiding this place during peak hours or just using the online ordering in the future.

I understand that there are changes being made for the good of the environment but having to pay for paper bags is plain greed. You're prices are already higher than other stores so good grief, give us a break already!

The service provided in the sub sandwich area is less than wonderful. If you want to be talked to like your trash than this is the place!! One of the less than wonderful store employee named Maddy or Mattie... IS EXTREMELY RUDE!!! and she definitely should not be providing customer service to any one at all especially at Wegman's.

Stopped here on way to beach because we heard the cafe has some good subs... well subs is not all they had! And yes - the subs were good This place is a Mecca for all types of quick bites ... salads, burgers, pizza, subs, sushi, Asian food and even pasta to go! I mean ... figuring out what to feed the fam was tough because you found more interesting items to try We went for subs and sushi ... options were great - made to order. Would definitely go back when in the area again and wish we had one of these stores closer to home.

I ordered from the to go menu and the food was a C-, the Mgr did not call me back to discuss the lack of service when I got my food. I will no longer be using Wegmans for take out, very disappointed

I grew up with Wegmans in Rochester, NY. I watched it being built at Latta and Long Pond. When I learned it was coming here I was ecstatic. No disappointment. I was there the afternoon of opening and found Danny "Wegman" as I wore my very old Rochester T shirt. You can't but love this store. It has the largest GF selection I have seen anywhere. However I do think the meat selection is highly priced. I have purchased some and don't find them superior for the price. However their wine are priced lower than anywhere. And they have some very pricey GF beers, glad I prefer wine. Produce is excellent.
We loved the burger place there and the price was outstanding with the great amount of food! Awesome!

Wegman has been my go-to place for grocery shopping. I love all of the services and selections that they offer. They have a huge selection of fresh food, packaged food, premade food, ready to go food, etc. Their prices are also shockingly affordable. A lot of things I can't find in local grocery stores, I can find here. They do get packed as people love to come to Wegmans but they do get people quickly out the door with all the cash registers they have open and their self check out area. They also offer free pickup which saves me so much time. They use Instacart to perform the transaction so there is a shopper communicating with you while they shop for your items. Overall Wegman does a good job at providing a great shopping experience.

This is the best supermarket I've ever been to. I'm new to the area from New York City and this is about to be my go to place. They have EVERYTHING! I was expecting their prices to be high like Whole Foods because their aesthetic is kinda Whole Food-ish, but the prices are def reasonable and the cashiers were friendly!

I have never in my life experienced a supermarket like this and I've lived in may large cities! This place is a shoppers paradise. I suggest you go to the customer service desk and get a map cause it's huge! So many deli options too. I had what I consider the best supermarket sushi I've ever had. It was almost restaurant quality at half the price. The store had great prices too and parking was very convenient. Will definitely be back!
