Okay! So me and my family visiting beach for my birthday. Came to Wendy's since a lot of places were closed due to New Years eve. Pulled up to order food noone said anything. Pulled around to make sure they were open. We seen some people and pulled straight to the window to let them know we had a mobile order. White male stands at the window stands and look at us… no hey how are you, may I help you.. no anything.. then he closed the window on us… he moved away from window like we were going to hurt him… next thing we know.. manager comes to the window… open it fast and yells ( you gonna have to go around and order in the speaker,… there are people behind you thats waiting on their food) we said sir we just left the speaker and we have a mobile order…he gave a dumb smile and said oh we working on it sweetie!! Like why they have to be so rude!!

Should have known when I was the only one in the store at 11:30 AM. The employees were talking to each other and I felt that I was an interruption. No greeting when I arrived and no thanks, good buy or have a good day after my food was handed to me. Food was subpar. First time at a Wendy’s in a while. Probably my last time. Quality and service has really gone downhill.

Food is decent, staff are rude. Bathrooms are locked, have to buy something to use them

Worst place, not standard, waited for 15 minutes in the drive thru and ordered frosty but they simply said that there is no frosty. Wendy’s is not stable and please do not waste your time. This Wendy’s is not stable. This also made me to delete Wendy’s app with points generated. Please think 1000 times before you choose this Wendy’s. Zero stability!!!
