Unfortunately, I visited this Wendy’s today between Uber drives and urgently needed to use the restroom. The employee at the counter refused to provide the code and chose to argue instead, despite that I was clean, put together, and having advised that I would order right after as it was urgent. This response cost them my business and seemed more about exerting control than offering basic courtesy.
No other Wendy’s I’ve visited handles restroom access this way. I hope your team is trained to treat customers like the human beings they are, rather than becoming so focused on control that compassion is forgotten.

I stopped for lunch at this Wendy's located on Pacific Ave. in Oceanfront Virginia Beach, and I wanted to use the restroom before placing my order. The employees wouldn't let me. They told me I had to place my order first, otherwise I wouldn't be allowed to use it. I was shocked by the mistreatment of customers.
This place was disgusting as soon as you walk in the front of the store a bag of trash, greets you before you pull the handle to go inside. The self service area was messy, trash everywhere. An employee was cleaning the tables with his hands. And no gloves, no wet towels and No hairnets. That place should get under new management. The manager sparked up his cigarette before even walking outside.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a 10 piece honey BBQ nugget. I was very specific cause I really wanted HONEY BBQ....I got buffalo sauce. On top of that it took forever and there wasn't a line, and the inside even appeared to only have a couple customers. I didn't finish my nuggets cause it wasn't want I wanted.

Most disgusting chicken wrap I have ever tasted. Totally stale and some undercooked, dressing must have been expired, and it tasted acidic. No flavor and place was completely empty… now I know why . Don’t eat here if you want to live !
