I did a in person carry out order and ended up waiting 20+ minutes for a simple 10 piece nugget and they weren't even that busy. I had people order after me and received their food first because the women working the front conter knew the person and then the nuggets were soggy and so were the fries all and all that Wendy's lost my business.

Wow, I dont like leaving negative reviews. Especially for fast food because we rarely eat it and I know its probably not a nice place to work. But this place is awful.
This review is not addressed to the proprietor of the franchise, but rather, whoever is above them, maybe Wendy herself? Idk…
The staff do not want your business to succeed. Came here and sat outside the ordering kiosk at the drive through for a minute or two without anyone saying anything so I very politely said Hello? To see if maybe they didnt realize that someone was outside.
They yelled back at me saying they were dealing with other customers…
First they should have just said that when we pulled up, second don’t yell at me, third, when i pulled up, there was literally no one inside that I could see.
Fine, whatever maybe they were not having a good day.
Then the cashier lady acted like i just asked her to mow my lawn when I asked her if I could use ApplePay because I forgot my wallet. All she had to do was lift the little pay terminal up off the counter…
When the window closed, she started literally trash talking customers with her co-workers, “where the heck did all these customers come from?!?!” And it was not happy surprise. They were not happy about it.
Then the dude who bagged our food up must have been drunk or something because he literally ran into the window. How is that even possible? I have heard of running into a screen door… but a window? A little kiosk window? Then he threw our food at the window in frustration until the sensor opened it, when finally he stuck his hand out with our food without looking at us, greeting us or anything.
They need to AI and automate the heck out of this place.
I feel bad for even taking my family here…

Glob of mold in my drink and poor service.
I found mold in my drink on a recent order, which is a serious health concern. On top of that, the staff consistently act as if i’ve done something personally to ruin their day. Theres no acknowledgment when I say “Hello” or “Thank you,”. Service could be vastly improved, and hygiene needs immediate attention.

I rarely write reviews about fast food because, well, it’s fast food—you get what you get, and while exceptional service isn’t expected, you do expect your order to be correct. I’ve visited this Wendy’s twice. The first time, they got my order wrong, but I brushed it off since it’s fast food. The second time, however, they completely messed up my order. What’s frustrating is that they act very friendly but still manage to completely botch things. I’m sharing this to warn others: before you leave Wendy’s, double-check your order. Don’t be like me—driving all the way home only to realize you have to turn back because nine times out of ten, they’ll get it wrong.
Just another drive through Wendy's on a military base. Food was good~ ordered the ghost pepper ranch chicken with fries- can never go wrong with it tbh. BTW, Wendy's breakfast baconators are underrated.
People are pleasant. Though my whole order was completely wrong and realized when I got to my room.
If i could give it a half star i would. The strawberry lemonade was water down, chicken nuggets seemed off and the wife got a chocolate frosty and it litterally tasted sour and smelled like mustard.
They need to get better bags, the Damm thing is so thin when I picked it up. It tore, and all my food fell out

Food was ok. Not good like typical when we get Wendys. Not sure why service was slower than normal. Staff seemed to be "over it" did not go inside so I won't rate the atmosphere

Restaurantji Recommends
First time here and noticed a Wendy's on base so it was great. The first visit was great but the second was not.
Ordered the nuggets to try those out and when I get home I noticed that it was the wrong flavor. Time to start checking the flavor before leaving I guess.

Order a sandwich with bacon but received the sandwich (after a long wait) without the bacon and half cooked.
