Not only did they repeatedly get our order wrong they also served me a raw burger! I am done with Wendy's that was so disgusting seeing that after I had ate over half of it! If I get sick in going to file a lawsuit!

Drive-thru workers are less worried about customers and more worried about taking care of social agendas with other workers. One worker could not be bothered to open the window and only moved his hand in a circular motion to tell me to keep going. Neither person at the second drive-thru said more than two words to me and once my food was handed to me immediately closed the window. There was no concern to make sure I did not have any questions or that everything was in my order.

The older woman working the window was extremely, extremely rude. Refused to acknowledge us, never said hello or anything just a "What do you want". You don't come to a fast food joint for friendly service though, can't complain much.Only reason this gets 3 stars is these have been some of the best french fries I've ever had at a fast food resturant

Ordered one of their pre-made salads, took them over 12 minutes to get it out to me.
I went there during lunch because the gates to get off base were backed up or closed. If you're looking for the FAST in fast food, go somewhere else. I have no complaints about the freshness of the food or the taste. Because it was cooked fresh, it tasted good, and my order was correct. My advisory is this place may be understaffed and they were not able to handle a lot of people in a quick time. I literally saw people come in, look at the line, and walk out the door.Oh, and the clerk at the counter was friendly.

I drove through to get a Frostee for an evening treat. Drive through was quick. I got to the window and the server asked if I wanted to add some strawberry Frostee to my chocolate Frostee. ?. She had suggested it because the chocolate was a little too soft. I declined and she offered a straw along with the normal spoon. The chocolate was a little thin but still tasty. Overall a good experience.

Rude! The lady at the drive thru window is extremely rude. Does not greet you at all and if you greet her she doesn’t even acknowledge or answer. Just opens the window hand your food out and slams the window and walks off. Doesn’t even give you the chance to ask for condiments or anything. Happens every single time. She needs some training in proper customer service and communication skills.
