So my mom was trying to order her food at the window, and whoever the young lady was there at 13:15 was very disrespectful. She kept cutting my mom off and caught a major attitude when she repeated the order wrong. Won’t be coming back again, no wonder why barely anyone is over there.

Order was correct but gross. The burger bun was dry/stale and literally crumbled and fell apart. I had to eat it with just the bottom bun. The fries were bland with no salt. I also asked for an extra straw and he ignored me at the window today.

Drive thru has horrible service the lady was mad because we asked were they ready nobody was in line and they didn't have any people in the store its not the first time this has happened store needs better drive thru people 😒😒

Based on past reviews, someone must have stepped up at this Wendy's the last couple months. My experience was great, and I don't even especially like Wendy's. Fastest drive-thru service ever at a Wendy's and during the lunch rush also. The person taking my order was very thorough, and the others tag-teamed to take my payment and get me my drink and food in record time. The food was hot, and the order was accurate. Maybe they're turning things around.

Terrible. I've gotten food from here often and they constantly don't get my order right, and just throw in random stuff, not what I ordered. It's impossible for them to apparently read the screen and see what the toppings are for a sandwich. Very unprofessional. And the one manager was also snotty when me and my friend once got it judging us for what we got.
