The night time manager tried to say my wife was “only in here to get free food” while she was trying to deliver an order for door dash.. I’m not a big complainer because I know food jobs can be stressful but seriously? Step it up other people want to make money too

This Wendys is run by absolute dirtbags. How stupid do you have to be to get 90% of your orders wrong. I would recommend you shut your doors, but then you’ll be subjecting the rest of the world to your dirtbag employees who will inevitably go to other restaurants and lower their standards. Stay open and keep your clowns in your restaurant.

I accidentally DoorDashed from this store again and believe it or not, this is the SECOND time my sandwich looked like this!! They need to shut this place down, it’s been trash forever.

02/17/2024 approximately 7:30pmMy food was cold.I asked the black lady with the thin curly black weave if I had the correct size milkshake bcs it looked small not large. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. She said yes as she was closing the window and then said something like “how big do you expect it to be?” She and the heavier male then started to cackle. If she doesn’t like her job you all should consider giving it to someone that wants to be there. It’s so easy to be a trash talker on the other side of the glass.

I used the app which gave me a good deal. I used to get the salads often when they used iceberg lettuce but when they switch from iceberg to whatever they use now they suck and are more expensive, that's when I stopped going until the app discount for other items. I haven't had one of their salads in many years. The burgers are very tasty and the breakfast is ok but I prefer hardies for breakfast.

We went in for dinner and to take part in the Super Bowl promotion. I can't believe the lack of knowledge about the promotion for Super Bowl was introduced to the staff (5:50 pm) while we were standing there asking, "How does this work?" and "What do we need to do?" Even when I said excuse me to the shift lead, she proceeded to complete orders and act like we had done something wrong. She also proceeded to act as if she never heard us ask questions when we walked in. She kept saying i can't hear anything with this on, but she could joke with the other supervisor with headset on ?. I can't believe that after placing two orders, she tells my husband that I was a little angry ? yes very angry (but didn't show it ) with the customer service and lack of knowledge. At the end of all that, she must have felt bad that she put a single in the bag ?
Forgot how good was nr a Mcdonald dr thru will never do that again it was expensive and no taste to a double cheese burger 2 were 19$I shd have cancled.was in kempsville /area.
