Rude service. Didn't listen to our full order. Dude at drive thru puffed out his chest trying to intimidate me when I told him I ordered baconator fries and didn't get them. He read back the order that he heard. NOT what I ordered. Never going back to that location. I'd rather go to the one in town center.

They are falsely advertising the new Wendy’s swirly Frosty’s. They have it on the menu as well as big advertisement for it however, when I pulled up to make an order, they claimed that it was not out yet so I went to the one on Newtown Road and they had it so I’m a little confused why there’s false advertisement

Arrived at 930pm, no verbal greeting received, no other customers, beverage machine options low, sticky floors, approx 15 mins served, and 10 mins later home with lukewarm food. Doesn't make me want to return

If i could give a lower rating i would, horrible service. Nothing short of Disrespectful, wouldnt expect this service from even taco bell or Hardee's. And barely gave sauce 0/10 will not recommend. Was beyond polite, definitly needs new staff

I love Wendy's ❤️ there food is always made fresh and hot. And it's never been sitting there . The fries are always fresh 😋 my favorite spot for fast food

I'm pretty sure this Wendy's takes pride in being the rudest restaurant in all of Virginia. Staff is extremely despondent and seems like they're just upset that you're there. I'm not expecting anyone to be excited or passionate about serving fast food but at least learn some basic human formalities. Example if I say "thank you" the proper response should be "your welcome" .
