I have to say I'm really impressed, I ordered the Wednesday meal yesterday and today I've gotten the takis meal. Both were amazing btw but I was impressed on how FAST I've gotten my food. Normally fast food places take a few minutes but it felt like I was only at drive thru for 30 seconds!

Google said it don’t close till four. They’re in there. He tells me he can’t take my order and it’s 3:05 AM and they don’t close till 4 AM. They’re the worst and I drove all the way over here for what for them to stand around and watch them through the window just stand there and I just feel like they just don’t wanna cook nothing and they close in an hour. It’s horrible horrible service.

Extremely rude employees here. When I pulled up I was told “wait a minute we’re doing a shift change. Then sat in silence for maybe 5 minutes, which when you’re in silence feels like forever. Then got asked “how can I help you”, I told them I had a mobile order and my name, I always do a mobile to make their lives a little easier at the speaker box. She said “pull up”, no thank you no warmth whatsoever. Got to the window and was ignored there as well, an older woman opened the window and screamed “JEFF COME IN” and then closed the window in my face. A younger girl opened the window, looked past me, and closed it again. Still haven’t been spoken to. Unfortunately Wendy’s has never taken any form of care in their employees actually delivering any form of service. Altogether I spent 20 minutes for slightly underwhelming food.

There were no customers in the restaurant yet we waited for 5 minutes before she finished talking to her coworker and decided to help us and she didn't even apologize for the wait so we definitely not going to this Wendy's again

Probably the worst Wendy's service we have ever received. The manager seemed confused on how to properly run a drive through and overwhelmed during the rush. The McDonalds across seemed to be handling it in a professional, normal manner.
