I tried to order Dave’s Singles on the App but it just would not work and the employees could not help me. What good is a promotion and the App if you cannot use it and the employees cannot assist you to complete your order? So frustrated. I ended up paying 7 times more for a burger and I’m not sure I want to go to Wendy’s anymore. This used to be one of my go-to burger places??????

I ordered a large frosty they gave me fries then when I ask if I could trade the fries out for the frosty I ordered the lady gave a really bad attitude even when I was being polite nd told her thts not wat I order then had me pull all the way back to the window nd had the nerve to tell me thts not wat I ordered again even tho the other employee heard thts wat I ordered nd ended up still having to pay for the frosty

Fodd is sometime great, sometime average so, not much complaint, however keeping it consistant may help attract more people.
My hound and I always stop for a bite once a month when we go to Care-Alot to get dog food.He looks forward to having a small fry and a bite of my cheeseburger.Great food.

So, I ordered a fried chicken sandwich, plain. It was good and the chicken covered the bun. What's better, it was hot, as though it was just fried. The chicken sandwich was so much better than Hardee's. The best chicken sandwich I have ever eaten was a Popeye's plain chicken sandwich. One caviot however, I had to ask for it to be freshly fried which took 10 minutes. It was worth the wait. It is freshly battered and fried. I'd like to see what Wendy's could do with a fresh fried battered chicken sandwich. I met Dave Thomas many years ago and he would have loved the idea of a fresh battered fried chicken sandwich. Thank you and be careful, the world is dangerous.Kid-friendliness: Not about kids but the breakfast home fries are incredible right out of the fryer... They should be available all day. I'd actually go to Wendy's just for the home fries.Thank you,Rodger Witchey
