Previous review from “Mark” is absolutely right. The taller gentleman likely in his 50s seems like he absolutely hates his job and if that is the case DO NOT WORK THERE THEN. He’s not only disrespectful with his words and in his tone to customers, but he was belittling and being so rude to one of the young ladies so terribly it could be heard OUTSIDE of the drive thru window. C’mon Wendy’s, do an investigation of your own or simply take your customers into consideration.

The customer service by the manager or one of the workers seems to be in the higher ups literally should be fired tomorrow, always rude and just unbelievably unconscionable that this guy is in charge of a fast food restaurant. He talks to you like a dog.if Wendy’s sees this please get rid of the taller man who is in his 50s I drove a way because he was just beyond rude.

Don't bother going to this location. You could be the only customer they have and they inevitably mess up your order. I don't know why I've given them multiple chances aside from the convenience of the location because they ALWAYS mess it up. Lesson learned. I will drive the extra distance if I ever eat Wendy's again. Do better!

Worst Wendy’s in town. Rude staff refused to make food we ordered on the app out of laziness and made us pick something else. Fries were old, rock hard, and unsalted.

There was a palmetto roach in my frosty. Not sure how that could happen unless the frosty machine is not cleaned and sanitized as it should be and there’s an infestation. Or maybe it’s just an all over the store thing and the bug was in the cup but I found it midway through it sooooo.

Went thru drive thru and they got my order wrong.. Went inside and had to ask the ladies to put gloves on before making my food.. Manager was no better.. Won't do this again..

Ordered breakfast burritos and Bacon, Egg, and Cheese biscuits. The burritos were just thrown together, nothing heated up, and instead of bacon what I asked for was sausage. Tasted like cold crap, tortilla was huge and stiff, egg was cold garbage, and some cold sausage. The biscuits tasted like they came out of a package, not fresh, just blah, and the rest of it was crap! Pretty sad as Wendy's usually has pretty decent food. I tried to give them another chance as it seems to be a trend of crap and no pride from this one, that was the last straw!
