I had to update my view I do love this place I love some of the employees but you have a crew that will milk the clock like today December 16th almost 9:00 you have a crew that will only take one order at a time and don't let anyone else pull up till the other order is finished and they're banging that pail three and four times in between to get their drive-thru times up this is ridiculous I'm going to report this you should just please talk to your staff like they're milking the clock All you have to do is look at the number of drive-through times and the amount of orders they gave out they're cheating your clock We waited so long we ended up leaving the line and getting food somewhere else

Hands down the worst Wendy’s in the area. Avoid if you can whoever the manager of this store is, is clearly incompetent and has no clue what’s going on. The staff is consistently rude, dressed in sweatpants, all wearing air pods and even talking on the phone with customers at the window. Orders are consistently wrong.

I was in the drive thru last night and watched one of the staff stick the ice bucket out of the window and touch the ground with it to turn off the sensor that tells you how long a car has been at the pick up window. Really doubt they washed it if they were so willing to do that.

everyone here hates there jobs and it shows in their attitude as well as the quality of the food. everything is always cold. no one wears gloves or anything. they use the same bucket they use for ice to hang out of the window to set off the drive thru time sensor. today i got a crispy chicken biggie bag. everything was cold which is typical so im not even surprised about that but my sandwich had not one but TWO eyelashes in it. i saw the first one on the side of the bun so i picked it off and was just going to eat it anyways but decided to open it up and look and there was another damn eyelash. this place is so disgusting.

This is my favorite Wendy's near me as it is the only one that is open late. Unfortunately, if you pull up to the Drive-thru past 11:30 PM, they like to pull this trick where they say: "Our computers are down right now, so we are only taking DoorDash and UberEats orders right now. You can try again in about 20 minutes." If you hear them say that, you might as well either go home hungry, or find another fast food place to eat, because their computers won't be coming back online before the store closes. . .
You’d think management would do something to help this store but nothing has changed. Rude workers and really bad service. I regret coming to this store

Not a huge fan of kiosks. Nonetheless this restaurant was roomy and clean. My food was hot and exactly how I ordered it. Love the chile with packets of their hot chili sauce. I eat it with fries. Also had Junior cheeseburger deluxe. Makes this a perfect lunch portion.
