This is the worst Wendy's in Hampton roads. Everything we order from there we are always missing something. This time the burgers were poorly put together and soggy I expect the quality to suffer a little bit ordering door dash but this was ridiculous they need more employees or employees that have some pride in their work or something it will be a while before I go here again

1/22/2026. I love Wendy’s! One of my favorite fast food restaurants but today I had one of the worst experiences of my life. I went to the location at 10:30am for their lunch. I placed my order fine but when I went to the window a short Asian woman didn’t greet me or state my total like the person on the speaker stated they would. So I had to ask what was my total. Once receiving my card I was handed a sprite when I asked for a strawberry lemonade. There’s was no I’m sorry just a close of the window. The next person was a black lady with braids handing my food she was kind but whoever made my drink made it terrible. It’s not even enough of the strawberry flavored inside. My fries were overly salted to the point where I can’t eat it . I just pulled in the parking spot as I noticed I wanted ketchup. As standing at the counter a bald black guy with glasses is asking the same lady that served me my food if she got her Servsafe and they are carrying on a conversation instead of simply greeting me or asking if I needed anything. Finally a nice lady came over and asked me if I needed anything and help me. As I was leaving a tall white man with glasses and a bread who works there is walking in my direction as I speak to say hello he just walks past me. Very disappointed!! I will never go back to the location!

Expect to wait abnormally long in the drive thru, regardless of what you order.
Tried again months later and after receiving a “can you hold on” at the drive thru menu, and then waiting for 3 minutes, I finally left. Will never be coming back again and I suggest you don’t go there either.

Stop by Wendy’s on my way home from a friend’s house. Ordered a Dave’s single, a Baconnator and fry. Received a Dave’s single and a double Baconnator and fry. Explain to the young lady at the drive thru window I only wanted a Baconnator and not a double. She states that is what is advertised. I ask her to exchange the sandwich and refund me the difference, that’s when she got this nasty attitude and tried to force the sandwich on me. Just because it’s advertised on the menu doesn’t mean you force it on the customer. She walks away stating I do not have to deal with this I’m stunned all I request you to do is exchange my sandwich for what I ordered. Manger shows up and states the same as the associate. Please stop forces customers to get the items you are pushing. I just stated give me a full refund. The associate should be evaluated and go thru training. Bad for business.

What's with the watered-down chili? Hardly any meat, just broth, basically. And the new Frosty flavors are basically some flavored syrup and almost double the price. Fries are never crispy from here, either. I don't know, but the price increase and lack of quality make me not want to come back again.

I came there around 12am for 2 cheese-baked potatoes. When I got home to eat my food, I discovered that I got 1 cheese potato and 1 potato with nothing on it. When I tried to call them to let them know about my order they ignored the calls. I had to call numerous times and literally the store was empty …. I really wish these fast food places would actually start hiring people who actually wanna work and serve people the right way being that we are spending our hard-earned money 😒

This location was extremely busy with multiple people standing around waiting for their orders. It took us about 20 mins to get our food and while it was hot my order was completely wrong. I did admire that the person who seemed to be the manager was remaining calm and positive towards her staff that were all very flustered. There was a lack of communication amongst the employees and in situations where its that busy letting customers know you are sorry for the long waits or acknowledging them goes a long way.

Disappointed After watching him put the fried in a bag 5 minutes before my burger was ready, I told him that they would be cold. He argued and they were cold. They made fresh fries. I was standing there with my cane and painful legs. I asked him if he would bring them out to me and he refused. The bread on the burger was really cold and the cheese wasn't melted, but by then it was just too much to deal with.

Food was fresh and hot. I complicated my order and just wanted no bacon on my sandwich. It was a little confusing for the employee, but that young man was so pleasant, I'm definitely going to return. The restaurant was clean and no trash around.

Stopped by for a spicy chicken sandwich meal and the bread was hard and stale and the chicken was crusty dry and old. Felt like my sandwich was sitting in a drawer for 6 hours. A waste of money. I used to love Wendy's. Now it feels like a waste every time I decide to try them again. I deserve my money back.

Long wait time inside and drive through..... have tobcircle building several times to use drive through. No cashiers... all self order. Waited 10 min just to get cups to fill my own drinks.

Honestly we never received our food. Time was going backwards. This might be typical for today's fast food restaurants, but it's not for me. We went next door to Donimo's and grabbed a pizza in less than 15 minutes.

It's Wendy's, there's not much to expect. It was convenient for a quick dinner after soccer. Asked for no onions or pickles on a burger, got onions and pickles. The nuggets weren't warm at all. And the floor was slippery though not wet. It was almost like someone had mopped with lotion. The fries were good though and the lady that gave us our food said have a good one. Otherwise, the place as a whole looked tidy.
