Was charged for an extra Frosty. Tried to bring it to the drive thru employee's attention, but they were dismissive. Never got a refund, but was given the Frosty I didn't want in the first place. Had 3 Frosties but was not given a drink tray. Also, brought this to the drive thru employee's attention, but I was dismissed AGAIN. Drive thru employee was ridiculously rude and just plain sucked. Seemed to be because they just didn't care. Rude employees, plus bad service, means this is somewhere for me to stop frequenting.

The staff at this location display a troubling lack of professionalism, often engaging in casual banter instead of focusing on customer service. Additionally, it's quite excessive to have four employees congregated at the drive-thru window, as it creates confusion rather than efficiency. Given these issues, I strongly believe this establishment should either undergo a thorough inspection or consider closing its doors for good.

Walk in and zero greeting, waited about 5 minutes while I was ignored then they took my order and waited another 9 minutes I have to ask if my order was ready it was on the counter all this time and they didn’t care. Worst customer service ever not a friendly store never going back and in my personal opinion avoid this store . Worst store

I was the only one in there but there were 3 doordash and one Uber ahead of me and it took a while. The nice gal working there told me that's normal and during concerts it's even worse

I ordered my food in the app because they always mess it up in person. Yes, they still messed it up. How can you order bacon double burgers and they don't add any bacon? I ordered four burgers two with no mustard and no onions. They made all four of them with no mustard and onions. So no I wouldn't recommend spending 30 plus dollars here go to 7-eleven spend half the money on hotdogs.
The restroom is dirty paper towels everywhere on the floor.

I had to update my view I do love this place I love some of the employees but you have a crew that will milk the clock like today December 16th almost 9:00 you have a crew that will only take one order at a time and don't let anyone else pull up till the other order is finished and they're banging that pail three and four times in between to get their drive-thru times up this is ridiculous I'm going to report this you should just please talk to your staff like they're milking the clock All you have to do is look at the number of drive-through times and the amount of orders they gave out they're cheating your clock We waited so long we ended up leaving the line and getting food somewhere else
