Went there for a quick meal at 10p and the drive thru girl seemed preoccupied with other things, but was nice at window. Popped spoon through bottom of plastic without ripping, while riding passenger in the car I ate a couple spoonfuls scraping around the edges. Put lid on it went into the hotel about 10 mins later I opened lid and noticed a plastic like material mixed in beverage. Called to inform and was told he doubt it was plastic in it...what do you want me to do about it? I was shocked at his response and said I didn't want anything but to make them aware and he said he would clean the chocolate frosty out right away. I promise you I would never eat another frosty.
It's gone down hill it's a rip off don't go there 5.00 meal is no longer available it's 6.99 the burger sucks so tiny 50 cents piece is bigger corporate greed for sure ,,Dave's burger is tiny..I won't go anymore. Seems to me all fast food is a rip off..buy meat at home make a fat one you will enjoy..

Visited today around 2:00 p.m. The line was around the building bit moving fast. However, got to the window with two cars waiting in fron of me. The drive-thru person asked me to go park and wait. I said I can stay here and wait. She staired at me for about 10 seconds. She came back with my food in about 5 seconds. I drive off a little ways and noticed that they threw my nuggets in the bag and my sandwich was disassembled. I'm calling corporate to recommend this Wendy's be SHUT down.

If I could give this location less then a 1 star review I would. I am sitting in the mobile pick up spott 10 min after placing my order in the drive through there is one other customer waiting who has been sitting since before me. The crew has not said anything other than to wait here and it will be out to me. I am now late for work.

chewing on one of my favorite sandwiches and not being able to shallow my food because I’m chewy on a big piece of plastic! It was super disgusting having to take that out of my mouth and opening up the plastic and seeing how big it was almost as big as the sand which wrapper it was just folded up small !! just unbelievable I could’ve choked on that if I shallowed it !! Very dangerous!! I should’ve went back and made a show but I’m not like that!
