Waited 5 mins at the register while being stared at by all employees before being greet with a blank stare until we placed our order. Took 20 mins to get three burgers and some nuggets. One burger was missing bacon. All food was cold. The manager was more concerned about drive through cars sitting on the timer so they just kept sending them to waiting spots. Cheese sauce was chunky and discolored. Don’t go to this Wendy’s.

I wanted to give this location the benefit of a doubt, but I just have to say it, DO NOT come to this location. I ordered a four-piece French toast sticks that I got for a free offer via T-Mobile Tuesdays, and they took the coupon offer and redeemed it. only to turn around and tell me that they didn't have any French toast sticks in stock whatsoever. a complete waste of driving time and a waste of a coupon offer, as I never received any French toast sticks. This isn't even the first time that they didn't run out of food either, a week ago, I went to the same location to redeem an offer for Cinnabon bites, only to then say that they had no Cinnabon bites available either. It's clear that they don't get shipment restocks consistently enough, resulting in unavailable food items again and again. It's this level of inconsistency that makes me unable to recommend anyone to go to this Wendy's location and makes me hesitant to go back for any more food offers. But if you must, PLEASE be sure to ask if they have the food item in question available in the first place. because there's a good chance they might not.

Showed up at 10:30pm, doesn't close until 11pm but the rude person on other end told me they were already closed. Stay away.

We were trying to get our teenage son a quick bite and it was anything but that! There was no one in line at 9:12pm. When we tried to order a baconator, we were told there was no bacon. No bacon? Ok... nuggets then. We paid for the order and then I think we sat for about 10 minutes at the window. A different associate came and ask if we had paid. YES! They seem to have no idea what's going on. Just skip this location! Augh!

Placed an online order at 9:00 and arrived by 9:15 to pick up food. Found that no one was working and they had shut down early. Hours say they are open until 10 pm. This was absolutely absurd that they shut down at least an hour before their operating hours!

If I can give it one star I would went thru drive thru and they have some nasty teenagers clearly working there as if asking about a menu item was a crime. Then a manager or whoever gets on telling me to calm down and the person taking the order clearly was annoyed like we ask u to fill out the application to work there. I didn’t even order just drove off and I won’t come back. All of them that works the nite shift need customer service training.

I went through the drive thru with a mobile order. Got to the window, they said they didn't have baconator fries that I ordered, yet I had ordered a baconator sandwich. There were 0 condiments in my bag which I had asked for. My sandwiches were not made how I had requested. Terrible experience and I see I will go to any other Wendy's instead!

If I could give zero stars I would. Pulled up in the drive thru at 9:53pm and was told they were closed that the give themselves a 10 minute grace period before close. So needless to say I spent my money elsewhere ?

worst experience I’ve ever had. We waited 45 minutes for our food, and had to go back to the drive-through three times for the lady to give us attitude and ask if we needed anything else in a sarcastic way never will be returning. Also gonna order wrong twice.

Service was horrible we have been buying delicious cobb salad for months now one with substitute spicy chicken breast and one regular today the manager claims it's $3 extra for spicy chicken breast which is not an add on its a substitute why would I pay $3 more for the sake chicken that comes in said she was rude I have receipts for last few months as substitute not an add on add on means I adding more chicken on top of what is offered nonsense they are horrible ride at this store inconsiderate I will be contacting corporate
