The workers here have always been rude. They ignore you and talk on the phone. They never have spicy nuggets. I'm either being asked to wait or being asked if regular is okay by time I get to the window. The fries aren't even salted. Y'all need to get a new crew and do better.

Im a food delivery driver trying to pickup a order i ask for the receipt or the order number to verify im getting the correct order manager told me dont have it. I had to cancel the delivery over a receipt. UNSATISFACTORY

My mom and I came through the line this evening. When we got to the window they handed us our food and forgot a fry. I told them and the guy at the window asked me to pull forward and they would bring them out. We waited over ten minutes and I got out of the car to go in and the guy in the line, that told us to pull forward, asked “you good??” I said yes I’m just waiting for the fry you told me to pull forward for. He finally brought us the fry and was on the phone with a friend the entire time and said nothing to us.

I got cold fries, a lukewarm sandwich with the thinnest tomato slice I've ever encountered on a sandwich, and one wilting lettuce piece. Crew seems uncaring about the appearance of the restaurant, customer service, food quality and food quantity to match advertised food pictures. Wouldn't recommend nor trust with a remake if order is wrong.

My go to spot after working all day and just needing a quick bite. Amy is also a great asset to Wendy’s as she is always welcoming knows my voice when I roll up with my mobile order. Truly making the experience for me very homely - like when I think of Wendy’s I think of 30+ years of memories, my late father had one of his last meals at Wendy’s so it always makes me feel close to him when I go for my order.

My order was wrong. I had to drive back to the store to have it fixed. Rudest manager, and he never apologized. The Baconator sandwich barely had any bacon on it. I told them to change their pictures, as they didn't represent what you receive. I will never go to this Wendy's again.

It took them 4 tries to get my order right they forgot my drink and my fries and gave me 8 nuggets instead of 10. Absolutely ridiculous and my friend’s sweet tea was just water with an orange brownish tint. Get ready to pull through the drive thru 4 more times to try and get your fries.
