Came inside Wendy’s to use the bathroom and get some food after I got done using the bathroom. I ordered my food as I always do before I go to work just chose this Wendy’s instead of another one that I go to as I get my food from the counter, a curly haired black man with his hair filled with hairspray, decided that he wanted to throw some ranch sauce at me because he forgot to put it in a bag as I’m reaching in the bag to fill if My food is hot or not because before when I came here, the food was cold and they did nothing about it. The Manager sat right there and laughed as he did that. I called back to talk with the manager, not realizing it was the same person that I seen laughing and she acted clueless as if she didn’t know what was going on so be careful when eating here they might try to throw sauce at you or dump your fries completely in the bag backwards.

I was going through the drive-through with my children, using a rideshare and the heavyset white women at the window looked me dead in the face and then told my driver She hope she's getting a tip which was completely out of line rude and unprofessional only because my driver pulled up too far in front of the window so she had to get out and get our order and also I had already generously tipped the driver. This Wendy's worker who is in her early 50s working a fastfood job had no business getting into my personal business and suggesting a tip out of my money very rude and they need to get this person out.

My boyfriend and I went around 12:30 am this past Sunday (8/31). I don’t recall the workers name (wish I did so he would get recognized directly) but he was nice, welcoming, and personable, especially for it being the middle of the night. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything. He mentioned it was his first week and was super kind and nice to talk to! He was definitely a good hire, and the chicken nuggets were very yummy.

It’s kinda of annoying that if you have a mobile order and you go thru the drive thru they make you wait because there switching people out but they keep checking to let you know there almost done switching people out instead of checking in just take the order that’s not customer service and I use to work on fast food so I understand but I would of just taken the order until the person was there. This is the worst location I have ever been to they do not follow what you order I asked for regular nuggets and they give you spicy and there not very friendly there kinda rude.
The Amount of chips that come in this bag for the taco salad is ridiculous I expected the normal tortilla rounds but this is unacceptable the bag isn’t even full Not Satisfied at All 👎

Two stars because the guy at the windows was very cool. Whoever is putting the food together needs to improve drastically. The receipt was right, I guess they just can't read. Food tasted horrible. It was over salted and the bun was stale. Inedible. 12pm 3/19/25.

Gosh we were the ones waiting and it was the guy in drive thru giving out attitude. They didn’t even get our order right. We were afraid to get it corrected so we just stayed home with overpriced wrong food.

I have no idea what the hell they gave me tonight. Ordered a son of baconator and for the burger they gave me a baconator with no bread. They stuffed it inside a black container for the burger. The guy working there had an attitude acted like you didn't really want to be there. The drive-thru was completely backed up. I don't know what the hell is going on over there, but, I can assume they're going to be hiring a manager pretty soon.
