The Amount of chips that come in this bag for the taco salad is ridiculous I expected the normal tortilla rounds but this is unacceptable the bag isn’t even full Not Satisfied at All 👎

Two stars because the guy at the windows was very cool. Whoever is putting the food together needs to improve drastically. The receipt was right, I guess they just can't read. Food tasted horrible. It was over salted and the bun was stale. Inedible. 12pm 3/19/25.

Gosh we were the ones waiting and it was the guy in drive thru giving out attitude. They didn’t even get our order right. We were afraid to get it corrected so we just stayed home with overpriced wrong food.

I have no idea what the hell they gave me tonight. Ordered a son of baconator and for the burger they gave me a baconator with no bread. They stuffed it inside a black container for the burger. The guy working there had an attitude acted like you didn't really want to be there. The drive-thru was completely backed up. I don't know what the hell is going on over there, but, I can assume they're going to be hiring a manager pretty soon.

I bought 3 burgers and a 6 piece of the barbecue sauce nuggs. The burgers were fine. Just what I expected. You know, it's Wendy's. It's good meat. They're not. I don't eat the because I need to go. Big loot and free. But I tried the saucy nugs for the heck of it and they were horrible. They weren't very warm.It was way too much sauce on them and the sauce was not good plus they forgot my ranch sauce. I had another experience at this location and it was horrible. I placed my order online on the about 7 minutes later. Waited 20 minutes for my food and got no answers from the man running the counter as to when my food might be rough. So I spoke loudly enough for the person making the burgers to hear me. Can someone tell me how long my order is going to take? And she came over with an attitude telling me. I shouldn't be yelling. I told her how am I going to get you to hear me if I don't yell? I asked her how long my order was gonna take. She basically said she had no I left. Never go here

Went through the drive thru to pick up our uber order that we placed and when I told the lady it was an uber order she replied back with a snippy attitude and said “UBERS NEED TO BE PICKED UP FROM INSIDE”. Nastiest attitude I have ever gotten from someone here. No one else has ever spoken like that, they’re all very nice usually. Everyone else was great, but the girl at the drive thru was completely rude for no reason. I have worked in the food service industry for over 3 years and I understand that we all have rough days at work but that was ridiculous.

First things first, when I pull up to the window, the lady taking the orders leaves her post. The first window is closed for taking the money to make the wait shorter. And finally my chicken on my sandwich is stale. So today's visit to window, which by the way, they need to open the lobby instead of keeping it locked, was horrible!!

Okay, since this post, things have gotten better... until today...

Has anyone heard of Day Old Fries? Because I believe that is what my mother got today... She tried to call them, but as typical of a fast food restaurant, they didn't pick up.

Wendy's make sure your fries are ALWAYS fresh... It is NOT that hard...

I remember when mine made the order when I got there, they told me they're not cooking for another 30 minutes lunch and then I asked for breakfast and they give me a dried piece of biscuit and sausage and it was supposed to be egg cheese and sausage but it's like never go back and while I'm tired of it.
