Come here often, but why the hell is the door locked and the place on lockdown at 9:30 in the morning? Is breakfast just a bad time for the employees to have other humans in the restaurant? Someone wake up on the wrong side of the bed? Did someone give off a threat in the morning time which made employees scared for the future…or…? Open the restaurant seating up when you…open…the restaurant…would make sense right?

The man working the drive thru window tonight was very sweet. I could tell he was a bit overwhelmed as the line had been long. I didnt catch their names but he was working with a nice african american lady as they carefully went through and made sure all my items were in check. I just wanted to post this review to thank them for the kind service and attention to detail even in the midst of a rush. I usually come here during the day and i can say everyone ive dealt with in the drive through has been very nice.

There are homeless people living around this Hiltop Wendy's. It's BAD for surrounding Hiltop businesses. The CITY should step in and assist these homeless people. It's awful for community hiltop businesses!! As for this, Wendy's restaurant food was stale and cold. My boyfriend threw away his food. Any food sitting out more than 30 minutes should be THROWN AWAY ALAWAYS! OR GIVE IT TO THE HOMELESS PEOPLE BEGGING FOR MONEY.Parking: Homeless people surround this Wendy's!

The food and deals are good here but there's a guy always standing behind the girl working the drive through saying odd and rude comments. He says things like eeewww and we accept tips and hes like dancing and being distracting to his fellow co workers. I dont like when he is looking at me saying eeewww and stuff. Hes also asking for tips when i had just bearly enough money to pay. So rude.

I request a breakfast with out no bacon.. guess what. There was bacon in it when I received it. This is dangerous for people with special requests that strictly has to be followed. And there is consequences if not done properlyVegetarian options: If you a vegetarian. Closing the lobby at 4 or 5 in the evening, which is the peak of the business day, is highly inconvenient and unacceptable. There are other nearby stores with both employees and customers some of whom are elderly would prefer to walk in and pick up their orders, rather than having to use the drive-through , this location is situated in a major bus line and shopping area further emphasizing the need for extended lobby hours."

Service is slow, restaurant is always dirty, lines are always out the door and wrapped around the building. Unfriendly staff. Orders are always wrong no one can read orders here a definite disaster!

Did the drive thru today for the loaded nacho burger combo. I wanted a peppermint frosty, but was told they only have chocolate today. I got a coke instead. The drive thru line was long and they were slow! I thought maybe they were short staffed, but after reading prior reviews this seems to be the norm. The staff was really friendly though and we got everything we ordered. The fries were hot and salty and the nacho burger was amazing as always. They just need to speed up their service a bit.
