Not a great experience at all. Went through the drive-through to order a single hamburger with lettuce and extra pickles and extra tomatoes only. Drive-through worker was rude and kept interrupting and said things like just tell me what you want even though I had already told her 3 times. I chalked it up to a possible bad speaker and went inside to make sure they had heard what I wanted where I was treated with slight annoyance and indifference and had to wait for 10 minutes for them to make the sandwich. Drive-through worker handed me the bag never said thank you for sorry for the wait. Just overall poor service and a worker with attitude. Will not go back. Not that they care. Was very much reminded of the horribly run McDonald’s at Great Neck and Shore Dr people were always posting about on the Next Door app.

terrible service got my order completely wrong i tried to call their store phone 29 times and then on the 30th call they took their phone off the hook i will be trying to find out their corporate number and or email and report this, this is the 6th time they have done me this way and if i could give 0 stars thats what i would give

I really like this location, been going there since they opened probably 25yrs. But the lemonade they sell is disgusting compared to other locations. It's always tastes like cleaning solution and I don't know if they don't rinse it out after cleaning or what the issue is but it's horrible. I'm trying to cut out soda so the lemonade is a great option now at fast food but this location it's like they are trying to poison you for taking the healthy option. I've tried probably ten times in the last six months and every time it's the same chemical taste.

Talked to one employee to place my order. As I was in the middle on my order another employees chimed in to tell me there was a wait on the chicken sandwiches I ordered. She was very short. I even asked additional questions to try to see if we could get something else faster, that may ease stress on a late night order. She continued to be short and rude. Once I pulled around I voiced my displeasure as politely as possible. This is the second time I visited this location and for the same treatment. If it wasn't close to my house I would never come back. I've worked fast food in the past and never took this tone with a customer.

We’ve used this location many times since moving to VB. Today was the first time truly experiencing amazing service. Ja’leer was our host. This young man was respectful and super sweet. We need more ja’leer’s in the world.
