Several times I have been here and employees always take all parking near door so customers have to park far away. Today I pulled in at 6:55 and was turned away at door . They said the lobby is closed . This has happened more than 5x in the last 6 months . Why are they even open at all? Won’t be back

One of your managers needs to grow up and stop the harassment of her employees! She verbally abused her employees!!! I stayed in the side of that store today for over an hour and heard her yelling and screaming at employees. Unprofessional, ignorant, disrespect. I'm surprised she didn't get yelled back at. Or even punched out. Someone should file harassment charges against her. She should definitely be fired..

Went to drive thru to pick up dinner. Service was fairly quick, but not exceptionally accommodating. I ordered a taco salad and they wouldn't let me pay to upgrade the chili to a larger size. Good came out fairly quickly and tasted okay. They didn't provide any sour cream for my salad.

Took 15 minutes, only to get the order wrong (discovered after I drove away, kids wouldn't eat it). Pretty lame to spend all that time and money for nothing. At least the woman I spoke with was friendly and apologetic at the counter, but she seemed flustered. Needed some competent help.
