I went in to buy a bigge bag for 8.03 they charged me someone else's order for 18.53 I went inside and told them what happened and they said to put my card back in to get my money back Then in 3 to 5 business days I'll get my money back THEN charged me another 8.03 for my order. I'd expect an apology and a free meal, but no, now I'm short 26 dollars until 3 to 5 business days, and today is a Friday just WOW.

Great location! Great staff. The problem I have and this happened twice, but too many homeless people hang around this location and every time I’m there, the same homeless people ask me for money or to buy them food. I use to work in fast food, and normally this behavior is not tolerated.

I just got the 2 for $7 Spicy Chicken sandwiches. One was good, and one had a totally soggy bottom bun and slimey wilted lettuce. (I took a pic but can't figure out how to post it) I tried to salvage it with a piece of bread but then the chicken was rubbery when I bit into it. At that seems to be the case a good percentage of the time...sometimes you get a rubbery filet. It'll be rubbery and tough but not dried out...just weird. Also the size of the filets varies so much and sometimes you get a thin filet that is half the diameter of the bun. Sonic pissed me off with dried out crunchy burgers and now Wendy's with soggy bun rubber chicken sandwiches, maybe this is just a sign to give up on fast food because none of these establishments can get it together

Went through the drive thru, no one else in line. Got our food quick but the lady was superrrrr rude and gave attitude.

I went through the drive-thru and the young man was very short with me I asked for a straw he snapped and said it was in the bag and then huffed and handed me one anyway Glade he did because there wasn't one in the bag. Food was good though

Food is most of the times gross, one time I even got raw chicken. Items are always missing from orders and managers do not care at all. Surprised this place is still open.

The Manager, Mary was condensing with her addressing my issue when I returned. When I requested a different item and gave my receipt thinking she was going to give me the refunded difference, she threw my receipt in the trash and said it was an even exchange, which is wasn't. Had I not said anything I wouldn't have gotten my difference in price returned.

My rating is based on when they do everything acceptable.

I think their chicken sandwich is one of the best tasting but with visiting any Wendy’s, there’s a 50/50 chance you’ll pay $7 for one and receive a heat-lamped, or small and smashed chicken patty or worst both.

Just the other day, I purchased 2 spicy chickens and both were tasty but only one was worth the price (or I didn’t have buyers remorse). The other was at best 2/3 the size of the other. It felt like paying for a premium sandwich at a fast food restaurant but receiving their value menu version. There ought to be some quality control or awareness of this, on the cook’s end. And while neither appeared to be old, I have received old sandwiches in the past (one time too many) and this should never happen.

Who doesn't like Wendy's? But their online ordering could use some help. Ordered online and went to pick up sorta late and items were not even started. Thought they called it "fast food".

This location has very quickly gone very downhill. The last 2 times I went to this location they completely screwed up my order. It will be a very long time before I visit this location again. Completely incompetent staff.
