This is my go to Wendy’s for my lunch break being it’s so convenient to my work. Unfortunately the staff including shift managers lack the expertise to correctly follow out the work and obtain excellent customer satisfaction. My order seems to never come out completed or correct. A little training is definitely needed.

Got my order completely wrong. Asked for 1 meal, got two, asked for a 6pc chicken nuggets, got 10, when told them it seemed off from my order, all I got was attitude for just trying to get my order right.Edit: After getting home, my sandwich order was also wrong....

There were 10 cars in the drive thru when I visited. I don't think I've ever been through a drive thru that packed, that quickly. So refreshing to get through quickly, no issues with my order, and they didn't park anyone. I told the person in the drive thru how fast they were and she said they're understaffed. Incredible. This is my new favorite location.
