Took 20 customers at drive thru after my order was in .put fries in bag 15 minutes later put burgers in bag had to tell him to replace fries we wanted warm fries not cold.

Our food was good. The fries were a little warmer than room temperature. $26 for 2 Dave's Double meals is ridiculous. The staff never once looked at us, just hung the food out the window, never said hi, bye, nothing. Very rude.

Due to all registers being down there was no service and no service during a dinner rush , disappointing so that that as it may.

10:26p.m. only customer at the store. Ordered the mushroom bacon burger. Waited 10 minutes for cold burger with no mushrooms on it. Not sure how that happens, but sort of ridiculous.

Second time my burger wasn't fresh. I order online. Looked like they pull my patty off another slapped on one piece if onion, the end of a tomato n a wilted piece of lettuce. My patty didn't have a cheese slice just some random cheese here n there. I order single w/cheese, lettuce, tomato n xtra onions. You shud not be able to mess up an on line order, so I assume, the employee's nor mgmt cares about quality or correctness of orders. I wont be visiting this store again.

The employees tonight apparently didn’t come to work. I, myself, am a food service professional and have dealt with every aspect of the kitchen. I say that to say that I understand being frustrated when you get in the weeds but your unkind remarks over the intercom devalue WENDY’S reputation. And come to find out, it was management. Food was tossed around by her . Very nasty attitude. I swear if I had not been working all night….I wouldn’t even it this…

The fries container was not fully filled, my drink order was mess up and they never give you napkins. This is not the first time. The first time this happen I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but since this a Continuous thing I can't any more. Waste of money and time if you are not getting what you order

Great value for your money, but I feel as though the food is not made consistently at all locations. The food is being served either overcooked, or warm instead of hot. That is fine if I'm going home, but not when I am on the go. Also, why did I get 4 out of 6 spicy nuggets at one location and 4 out of 5 spicy (the 6th was missing) nuggets at another? One location, tried to short my change by $5.00. Out of 5 nearby locations in Virginia Beach, VA... I will not be going back to 4 of them, ever.
