Usually don’t expect much from fast food places. However I’d expect decent customer service. This place when I visited on the 29th of March at around 1030 pm was awful. They were rude on the drive through speaker and then rude at the window. They need to be supervised and retrained here. Glad I don’t live near by.

Went through the drive through and completely messed up my entire order. The fries were stone cold, and they gave me the wrong sandwich. On top of that, the customer service there was completely horrible. I will NEVER go to this Wendy's again.

I am writing to provide feedback on a recent experience I had at your drive-thru. On 2/21/24 I visited your store.I had previously experienced a missing item in my order during a prior visit at the same Wendy’s, so this time, I made sure to check my order before leaving the drive-thru. Upon noticing that the young African American opened the window, I informed the employee at the window about checking my food quickly. However, she seemed annoyed and as I was still checking, two more employees came to the window and stared at me with what I perceived as an attitude. (An older African American lady who I believe was a manger along with a heavy set African American man. And repeated to them and then the window was shut but they just kept staring me down with the most hateful look.I was disappointed by the lack of customer service and professionalism displayed by the employees. As a loyal customer, I value the service and experience provided by your store, and I believe that this incident does not reflect the high standards I have come to expect.I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide additional training to your staff on how to handle customer concerns effectively. I believe that addressing these issues promptly can help improve the overall customer experience at your store.Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I look forward to hearing from you and hope to see positive changes in the future.

Terrible !I just left from thereEveryone has terrible attitudes, w extremely ghetto nobody has class besides the manager no professionalism at all.I went to the second window terrible energy and terrible service.nobody says hey hello nothing the girl or guy with long dreads on second window is terrible she or he looks dirty toss bag of food your way and Is disrespectful the lady on first window attitude is disgusting she swipes money out hands and just dropped it in ur hand w an attitude
This is the ONLY Wendy’s we will eat inside and we eat inside every time! With 2 toddlers it’s gets a little nuts at lunch times & the staff here at any time, any day is so kind! They always make us feel welcome and help where they can. We’ve never had a bad day in here and hoping this review finds the staff and makes them smile like they do for us. THANK YOU!!
