Awesome restaurant. Great atmosphere. I ate dinner here. I ordered the chimichurry flat iron steak. It was delicious. It can out perfectly cooked medium rare. It was very tender. Our server did an outstanding job. Drinks never ran out, food came out quickly and correctly.

In the area for a few short weeks and came for the selection of whiskey. Sat in the cocktail section with Andrea and Rachel.Had the Braised Short Ribs. H had the Shrimp and Grits. Ridiculously good food and equally fantastic service.Lots of places to try around Virginia Beach but planning to visit again before we leave. Too many tasty looking things on the menu to just visit once.

Fantastic food and service. My only complaint is that it's dimly lit and can be a little dark even during the day and that when there's more than a couple tables filled it gets really loud. They could use some acoustical tiles or spray in the ceiling to dampen the noise a bit.This visit we had the kids chicken tender (3 big tenders + plenty of fries), burger, and BBQ chicken sandwich. All were hot and fresh and so good.Kid-friendliness: Great restaurant to bring a kid. Good priced kids' menu with _ample_ portions and plenty of high chairs it seemed. It's loud anyway so your kid making extra noise isn't that big of a deal. Every time we've gone here there's been at least 3 other families with baby/toddler aged kids.

This is one of my favorite 2 to 3 places in Virginia Beach. On this evening,, I sat at the bar where Jesse took great care of me. During my stay, the manager, Megan, spent a few minutes with me to determine how my evening was going. The two of them could not have been more attentive to me. I highly recommend you try Whiskey Kitchen on your next night out.
Had a chicken sandwich with spinach sauce and bacon. OMG sweet potato fries. It was good. My husband said the pizza was ok but he'd probably try something else next time. But the only reason I give it a 4 is because I asked for a special drink and they put horrible cheap vodka in it. Save the cheap stuff for the 21 year olds who don't know the difference. Thanks for the food.

Phenomenal place to grab a bite for lunch. Went here with a few coworkers and we weren't disappointed. I had the steak tacos and they hit the spot. The Korean BBQ wings were delicious and pickle spears were also a hit.The whiskey burger is also a phenomenal choice.The drink menu has a lot of options and they all are fantastic.Parking: Plenty of parking around the building, spots are a little tight, if it's busy I would park in the adjacent lot.
My family was sat and waiting for 15 to 20 minutes and didn't even receive any service. The manager walked right past and overlooked us. Sadly I will not be supporting this establishment any longer.
