“Stopped here on a whim as we were leaving Virginia Beach and we were so glad we did. Loved the food. We had the shrimp and grits and our son had the pancakes. That was the best shrimp and grits my husband and I have had . Our 17 year old said his pancakes were the best he had ever had. And if you want coffee, they have the BEST!!!! Atmosphere is amazing. All the staff were friendly, and very helpful. Get there early before the doughnuts sell out. Purchased doughnuts for the road and let me say, you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be going back when we return in July. Everyone needs to try this place. It is so worth it!!!!“

“Heirloom is always a delight, and tonight, as we celebrated our wedding anniversary, was no exception! The watermelon gazpacho amuse-bouche was a sweet start to the meal, followed by Oysters on the Half shell (a personal favorite), and the appetizer special of Peach Burrata salad was lovely. The true star, however, had to be the Black Sea Bass, which was butterflied and grilled, served over rice and vegetables. The sauce had a gentle smokiness to it that built to a perfect lingering flavor that complimented the gentle grilling style extremely well! I was lucky to be one of the first privileged to try it. Crème brûlée for dessert was the perfect completion to the meal. We left feeling very happy, and VERY full! Thank you to your incredible team, who take such wonderful care of us, as well as every customer dining tonight, and every night. Hats off to Heirloom!“

Both locations offer amazing atmosphere, but VA beach has better parking. “We had a wonderful family dinner at Sorella's this evening for a party of 10. The service was wonderful. We were greated promptly and brought right to our table even though our full party wadn't arrived yet. Mozzerella balls and brussell sprouts were so tasty and Emily L made some wonderful recommendations on entree choices. The radiatore was to die for.“

So I ended up w chicken salad...salad but got the fig whatever dressing vinegaroette and it was delicious!! Everyone is so kind here. Im bad with mames but I will mention those on another reveiw. Its very clean. A bit bougie has special VA made items kinda like a farmer's market without the farmers...hah...it feels so happy with all these great employees. I can tell they love being together. Also I love my refillable Taste thermos. Thanks for everything“
