“This winery is a little hidden gem and not only is the wine & adult slushies they make flavorful but Maria & her staff is also incredibly friendly. They host a variety of fun events from creative workshops to drag bingo and dancing lessons. Maria gives back to the community by allowing a grief support group to use a private room in her winery free of charge on the 1st Friday of every month. If you are lucky you might get to meet Thunder, the sweetest fur baby. Support local & go get a bottle of wine (or 3) to share with friends, you won't regret it.“

“Wonderful experience Really good nicely prepared and plated food. First time visit. So much to see at this vast outdoor mall. Our food server was so nice, honest, and with a welcoming personality to burn away any shyness or cold heart attitude. Good looking staff, too/ possibly all related by family. The menu is excellent freestyle Americanah and you’re sure to find something you enjoy.“

“Absolutely amazing, authentic Italian with countless gluten free options! Hands down the best gluten free pasta and pizza crusts I’ve ever eaten. The staff are highly knowledgeable about various allergens, and the owner went above and beyond to check in with us personally. Highly recommend this special little gem!!“

“TASTE in Hilltop was the perfect venue for our daughter’s rehearsal dinner. Karen, Anne, Lydia and Meredith made the event absolutely perfect! We feel we have four new friends in Virginia Beach. We had delicious food, the perfect casual atmosphere to meet new friends, catch up with old and celebrate the beginning of Nick and Ashley’s life together. Thank you for ALL that you did to make our evening one that we will it forget - it was perfect!“

“Stopped here on a whim as we were leaving Virginia Beach and we were so glad we did. Loved the food. We had the shrimp and grits and our son had the pancakes. That was the best shrimp and grits my husband and I have had . Our 17 year old said his pancakes were the best he had ever had. And if you want coffee, they have the BEST!!!! Atmosphere is amazing. All the staff were friendly, and very helpful. Get there early before the doughnuts sell out. Purchased doughnuts for the road and let me say, you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be going back when we return in July. Everyone needs to try this place. It is so worth it!!!!“
