The worse!!! It took 1hr and 15 mins so far to get a personal pan pizza!!! Slow with orders- and don’t take the correct orders, they give you what they feel like making! Not what you are ordering and paying for!!

Recently moved into the area and this was our first try for Wing Street at any location. I ordered two orders of 12 Wings and two orders of Fries for pickup. Was surprised when the order taker told me it would be almost $38. And by the way, you get the impression you are calling your local Wing Street, but you are not. Asked what location I wanted to pick up and that took a couple minutes because she didn't know or correlate the road to the location. Got there to pick up order and they were a bit slow assisting customers, but not terrible. I could see my order was done already, which for promptness gets an excellent. There were four containers and the counter person opened each one to show me, which I thought was a little strange, but maybe that is to give a chance to catch an incorrect order? Anyway, brought the food home and my wife only had 10 wings/drummies in her 12 piece" meal. When you're paying that kind of money (~ $1.13/wing) I want them all! So the timeliness of getting the order done and the actual food quality was very good. The remote phone bank to order, the cost and the shorting of an order were bad.
