The service and atmosphere were great but the food not so much. I asked for light seasoning on my fries and got over salted fries and about only half of the portion size in my combo. Even asked for light salt on my cheese fries and they were so salty we couldn’t even eat them. The boneless wings were over cooked and under sauced with no flavor and the bone in wings were not much better either. Soggy and under sauced. Carrots were water logged and stringy. $40 dollars down the drain. Probably won’t return to this location again or Wingstop for a while 😩🤧😮‍💨

The wings are good. Sometimes the saucing can be a little bit or miss. The to go packaging is well done. I do have an issue with them charging extra for a dip...I mean they should at least give you one.

Everybody moves in slow motion with no sense of urgency .. all wing stops move slow but THIS one was awful

I don’t know what it is about this location. But to whoever gets actual good food from them, lucky you. RARE OCCASION. This is the worse wingstop in the 757 when it comes to food quality. This is my 4th and last time ordering from this location. No matter how many times I gave this place a chance. The chicken is always soggy and rubbery even when requesting it well done giving it a watered down taste. Dominoes wings are better and they’re even trash

They love to close early and refuse to fill any customers orders. Management needs to do better and get new night staff.

Placed an order at 5:27, was told it would be ready in 16-21 minutes, didn’t get my food until AN HOUR LATER. 9 other people came in and got their food which was also clearly placed online. Maybe if the workers were more focused on getting their customers orders out instead of cussing and playing with each other I wouldn’t have waited so long. Once I got my food it was cold and fries were soggy. Called to speak to a manager about the fact that my food took an hour and the employees were extremely rude and nobody would answer the phone. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had somewhere. The young lady at the front said they were waiting on fries… meanwhile after all of this the bag had been sitting ready for 10 MINUTES! Clearly inconvenienced her base on her attitude when asking for a update on my
Order. Do not waste your time.

I ordered my meal from doordash and spent 25 dollars for a 10 piece Wing Combo. I ordered veggies instead of fries. My dasher brings my order and its a sealed back full of veggies... like how did you forget someone's Wing order. I will never order from them again. 😒

Every one was nice and outgoing when I ordered. They said it would be about 20 minutes and it was. The food was awesome. We ordered a bunch of different types and everything tasted good. The hot was hot so if you don’t like hot move to the mild or no heat options. Would go back there again.
