Yesterday it took me over 40 minutes to even get my food, after I had already ordered ahead. The cashier was saying she was just “waiting on my fries”. Finally got my food, tasted disgusting and cold with soggy fries. Then spent all day today trying to recover from food poisoning. Feel terrible and can’t even hold down water. Be careful where you eat.

Been going to this location since it opened, like most places it started off nice and great. Ordered yesterday 4/7/24 and right when I walk in a customer is pissed with several staff because a order was wrong, so off to a great start. None of the fries were cooked, all were almost raw, chicken over cooked, missing 2 sets of sauces for meals and paid for extra and never received.Lazy entitled staff, never seen a group of more pathetic looking people.

Ordered in advance for the game. Got a call informing me the food was ready 30 minutes early when I wasn’t able to pick it up. So the fries sat in a bag getting soggy and the wings were room temp by the time I got them home. They got the order wrong as well shorting us two wings plus forgetting the celery and carrot sticks. Wings themselves were just ok. First time ordering from wingstop. Don’t plan on trying them again.

Ordered online and Wings were good but they didn't give me the brownie I ordered and apparently their version of the cheese fries is stale old fries with literally drops of cheese along the wrapping as you can see in the picture. Beyond disappointed in the service considering they were completely empty so there should be no reason I have a missing item and old fries that aren't even the cheese fries I paid extra for.

When I pulled up they were cleaning, which is always good, but having every chair on the tables gives the impression that they are closing soon, already closed, or they don't want people to dine in. They don't tell you about the specials other customers tell you. I asked for a drink, and I was never told they did not sell that drink but they rang me up for a drink, knowing they didn't sell what I asked for. I believe one of the staff was being trained, but until they know how to do everything, they should not be taking orders alone.Parking: Lots of free parking

I went in there and placed an order. I got a 10 piece with fries, chicken tenders and fries and the cajun meal. I ordered 2 large drinks and 1 medium. The dude name que sd i ordered 5 drinks. I told him i only need 3 drinks...2nd time im telling him 2 large drinks and 1 medium. I got my order almost and hour later. When i got my order the girl gave me my drinks. I said i ordered 2 large drinks and 1 medium. She saud thats not what your receipt says. I said thats what ordered. She got the other girl involved and was ready to give it to me. She went and got the guy named que...he sd you never ordered 2 large and 1 medium drink. He argued with me about it. Showed the screeb but i never got my receipt or asked if i wanted it. The guy que was hardly in the store. He barely helped out the girls. There was like 5 orders. They were extremely slow. Another person was checking her order and they got her order wrong, too. When i got home with my order the fries on all the orders were cold. Barely edible. The wings were decent. I work at a restaurant and we have to cover our hair to avoid getting hair in the food. The stafff had no hairnets, hats or nothing on to protect the food. Which is a health department violation. Which i think i might call them about issue. My daughter was sick as a dog the next day. She has no food allergies.Update, i received a message from local store aplogizing. However. They gave me $5e gift card when i spent over $40. How does that does that help? You cant buy anything for $5 there.Update: corp posted something on there facebook page. I told them how is $5 gonna do something when i spent almost $40 at the store. They wanted to see how much i spent. I screenshotted a copy from my bank statement since store refused to give me receipt. Corp ended up giving me a $40 gift card.Im ordering again tonight lets see how it goes. Ill be posting another review.

They burned my corn...you charge extra...at least you can do is make sure the product is not burnt. You got some people wanting to work and then you got the others that want to play around. I'm checking my bag from now

I haven't eaten from a Wing Stop location in years due to a bad experience, but I decided to give it a try. I went inside the restaurant to order and was greeted by the most polite staff member. He was very friendly and kindly took my order. Great experience so far! I ordered the mild wings with fries and a drink. Unfortunately, I went home to eat the food and was very disappointed with the wings. It literally tasted like oil, water, and very little sauce. The ranch was the only reason I was able to eat the chicken, in addition to my own hot sauce. I reached out to the company through the website to share my experience and they were amazing! I received a gift card from them and decided to try again but a different flavor. So I went in and had the same good customer service experience and picked up the order of classic Cajun wings and Cajun fries with cheese and ranch sauce. This time, I was very impressed with the food!! It was fresh, cooked just right, and the flavor was most certainly poppin! I loved how it had a lil spice to it as well! I'm grateful that the company responded well and provided me with the gift card to give it another try! But I most certainly hope they improve that mild sauce so that others don't have the same experience! The fries were always good though!!

THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY! They continually have not given us multiple items in every order, over the past year!!!! On top of that it’s always the exact same side items they refuse to give you. It has happed probably a dozen times and on every sing order. I even just had a reorder tonight placed due to missing half my items, and sure enough they still did not give us the items we paid for. When you call in they deny stealing, and say they have too many orders, however they somehow keep missing the same items every time.if they have to steal your food to “fulfill” orders than they should not be taking more orders.

Worst chicken sandwich ever! Had the mango harbenero not much on flavor, chicken was tough to the point that I needed a fork and knife to eat it.
