You guys this food was way above my expectations. It was so good I never paused to take a picture . My wings tasted fresh, just enough spice/flavor and my fries were omg so so good. I love the Holland road location and this will be my new go to one vs the one off Lynnhaven.

No flavor what so ever we got wings with literally salt. I ordered 3 flavors and not one was literally good or tasted like the flavor i ordered . This place is lame never go and who ever runs this place should be a damn shame and fired.

Order my food 20 minutes ahead came kn food still wasn’t ready and i was the only customer. I ordered a wing combo nobody told me the drink machine was down so my only option was water . They burnt my fries they didnt put no dipping sauce in my bag . This my first time coming there and will be the last everything was horrible!

I ordered on the app, showed up to pick up my food, they said it wasn't ready, 20 min later, they said they never received my order. Waited an hour, walked out with nothing extra for the inconvenience. This was my first Wingstop experience, and I will never order from wingstop again. I highly suggest you go to BUFFALO WILD WINGS or DIRTY BUFFALO.

Food was a 4/10. service 2/10. The woman who took our order wasn't very pleased when we asked questions about the menu. After we got our order, my husband went to ask for more ranch but she was sitting on the floor behind the counter with ear buds in, reading a book. She couldn't even hear us. Will not be back.

The only reason I’m giving them one star is because my food was fresh. My husband and I ordered the ten piece wing combo which came with a drink. I only received nine wings instead of ten and the drink tasted horrible. The fries were just okay. I ordered the Cajun wing flavor and they were way too spicy for me. They tasted more like hot wings. On top of that they gave me all drums and no flats. It was a total waste of $30. I definitely won’t be going back.

I do take out and delivery, so I cannot exactly speak on the service. The cashiers are always nice and helpful. The food is the main issue though…The quality of the food is never the same, there’s been times where my food was excellent and I had no problems with it. But there’s been times where I’ve received overcooked chicken and fries. One of my orders didnt have a sandwich, pepper fries, and drink but there was only two workers at the time so I didn’t want to bother them with it. On another order I didn’t receive any of my sauces. So really I can’t say don’t order from here because when it’s good it’s good, but it wouldn’t be my first recommendation.
Quentin the store manager kept walking away from me as I’m telling him the name of my order giving me weird looks and I don’t appreciate that as a manger I believe he needs to do better instead of rushing to make food when a customer wants to make sure there order is

Staff was really nice and professional but the store was dirty, food was thrown in the bag very messy, and it took an hour to get my food. editing review because i found a hair in my food.
Yeees I loved it! My initial review was simple and over 6 or seven months ago. Well I have new information. There is a new manager and he aims to please. He's actually a chef who is from the Tidewater area. He's only had the restaurant about 5 weeks as of this week. The food is still good and the customer service is better. He's actually a singer as well. I'm looking forward to good things from this new owner who's name is Quinton. Stop by and sY hello while you wait for those delicious wings. He's down to earth and is also looking for people who want to work. Get in now and grow with this new management and owner at Wing Stop Holland Rd. VA BCH VIRGINIA.Parking: A little tight.

Cold fries.. wings tasted like they were fried in old grease.. they lost two orders that were walk ins while I was there.. staff were unbothered that people were waiting for over an hour. Never again.. 2085 Lynnhaven parkway in Virginia Beach.. I don't recommend. zero stars
