This is the third time I’ve ordered wings and fries from this location and there is NO SEASONING ON ANYTHING. And the audacity to charge more for bone in wings as if people are paying to eat BONES. Never eating from here again, what a scam!!

Writing this in the store, I was just here to pick up and order, they said it would be a few minutes and it has nearly been 30 minutes, store is a mess and none of the employees wanted to even talk to me about the order

The two young ladies were so unprofessional. There is no reason to wait an hour for food because they want to play and dance and do everything but work. As someone that worked in management, I blame the manager. I suggest retraining and reminding the young ladies that they are in the service industry. Personally, I won’t be going back.

Our food was delicious! Tenders, boneless wings, fries, etc were hot and fresh. Daniel was the only one taking and completing orders during a lunch rush and he handled it with grace and kindness! Thank you and great job to you!
We recently visited Wingstop for dinner and placed an online order for pickup. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. Our order took nearly 20 minutes longer than the quoted time, and the staff appeared disengaged and ready to close up for the night.
When we finally received our food, the lemon pepper wings were extremely greasy almost as if they were drenched in butter or oil. The seasoning had mostly pooled at the bottom, so there was very little flavor on the actual wings aside from the overpowering taste of grease with just a hint of lemon.
Additionally, the wings were packed together with only a paper liner as a divider, causing the flavors to mix. As a result, even the mild wings were saturated in the same grease. None of the wings had that expected crisp bite, which was disappointing. The boneless wings were definitely better than the classic ones, but overall, the meal did not feel worth the price especially since we couldn’t even finish them.

I had placed an order online because I know usually Wingstop takes a while for the food to be ready . I am not from this area but I was visiting for the weekend , obviously I don’t know where places are at so i used GPS. The GPS sent me to burlington which later i found out it is behind wingstop, I was lost and drove around the whole building and could not find it. So I decided to call the store and ask, where are they located. The lady answered “uh Do you not have GPS”? unprofessional response. how about being nice to someone take in consideration technology is not always accurate . beside that food was great and everything was correct but service was horrible and unprofessional.

I ordered on uber eats at 920, the driver got there at 940, food still isn’t done driver waited from 940 to 1035 before he got the order. It was an 8 min drive and the food was cold when it got here, I tried calling but the phone was disconnected so I couldn’t even see what the problem was, driver couldn’t tell me either, I spent 65 dollars and waited almost 2 hours for cold food and no way to cancel my order because uber still charges you unless the store or the driver cancelled will never go here again, Wing Stop in general will be lucky to get my money

I was visiting VA Beach for the weekend and my family wanted Wingstop.
I called in the order, which was a mixture of bone in Lemon Pepper and strips, along withfries and Cajun corn. The food was ready on time, packed nice and hot.
I should have checked the order take sure everything looked good. When we got back to the hotel and set down ready to eat, the Lemon Pepper bone in wings barely had seasoning and sat in a bunch of grease. We also like our wings cooked crispy and these were lighter and fatty. The fries barely had seasoning, was soft and tasted like they were sitting.
We love Wingstop Lemon Pepper wings and this location had the worst we ever had. To be fair, I gave them three of five stars due to the strips being decent and the food was hot and ready.

This is the amount of oil I had at the bottom of my boneless chicken wings. This is the case more often than not and I find myself rinsing the excess oil off the chicken wings with my strainer in the kitchen sink. Training seems to be a massive issue and they seem to have trouble retaining staff. When the food is good it's good but it's more often than not rushed. The food will often take 20-30 minutes longer then the website suggests.
It is also troubling to see people with their underwear out cooking food or employees that simply just look dirty. The business concept flavors and recipes all seem to be on point but the management needs to make some significant changes.
I understand this a high turnover industry but professionalism and cleanliness should still be expected.
I have complained through the corporate process several times and nothing has changed. I hope that this review will get to the business owner so that they can improve their processes.

Hands Down the worst location in the 757. I repeat the worst location in the 757/ Va Beach . Management deliberately if off …Members smoke weed right in back of restaurant which can be seen driving in . Food is rarely fresh you can tell the by the reheated fries taste . The chicken is also under cooked and loose/soggy form . If you call to speak to a manager if even it’s the manager that answers, they will lied and say the manager is busy and will call back in a hour . They will ignore your call after .
I given this location a total of 6 attempts. 0 out of 6 visits were good or fair rating. I fall in love with Wing Stop in Georgia . This location will make you hate wing stop franchise and never return .

The service was more than fine, but you can tell they’re dealing with either being short staffed or the influx of orders is just too much for the people on shift. My wife and I ordered at 6pm, and were there at 6:20. We didn’t get our food until around 7:10, and then right before we got too far to turn around, we realize they messed up or forgot half of our order. We turn around, grab the second back that supposed to have the rest of our food, and head back. We finally get home, thinking “that sucked but it’s not the workers’ fault for the high amount of orders coming in, we can let it slide-“ and then open the bag that they gave us the second time to realize they gave us the wrong food for the second time. They’re very nice, but another person on shift would probably help them a lot, it doesn’t seem like it’s just happened to us. Just read the other reviews.
