Management deliberately if off …Members smoke weed right in back of restaurant which can be seen driving in . Food is rarely fresh you can tell the by the reheated fries taste . The chicken is also under cooked and loose/soggy form . If you call to speak to a manager if even it’s the manager that answers, they will lied and say the manager is busy and will call back in a hour . They will ignore your call after .
I given this location a total of 6 attempts. 0 out of 6 visits were good or fair rating. I fall in love with Wing Stop in Georgia . This location will make you hate wing stop franchise and never return .

The service was more than fine, but you can tell they’re dealing with either being short staffed or the influx of orders is just too much for the people on shift. My wife and I ordered at 6pm, and were there at 6:20. We didn’t get our food until around 7:10, and then right before we got too far to turn around, we realize they messed up or forgot half of our order. We turn around, grab the second back that supposed to have the rest of our food, and head back. We finally get home, thinking “that sucked but it’s not the workers’ fault for the high amount of orders coming in, we can let it slide-“ and then open the bag that they gave us the second time to realize they gave us the wrong food for the second time. They’re very nice, but another person on shift would probably help them a lot, it doesn’t seem like it’s just happened to us. Just read the other reviews.

Every single time we order from this location our order is wrong or gross or messed up. We order ranch and get blue cheese everytime. Workers stand around. Getting orders confused and mixed up. Just done with this location.

Service is slow, but not necessarily unfriendly. They are often missing drinks. I was waiting outside for an order one time, when a (white) car pulled up, I guess transferring food or supplies from another location. They're unloading boxes and a male employee is yelling and cussing at the top of his lungs. You could hear him all through the Food Lion lot. He wasn't angry, just (on the clock) being obnoxious. Just my experience(s) at this Wingstop.

Ordered from here for a while and every time we do they are slow, mess up the food, and provide poor service. Today i waited through 3 different employees for 10-ish minutes trying to place an order. The first just said “ok” and walked off when i asked to place an order. The second employee managed to mess up the ordering system and the third didn’t soeak to me, they just called someone to (unsuccessfully) resolve the issue. The food is the only good thing about this place
If I could give 0 stars I would , first I ordered my food at 7:15 I get there and my food is clearly sitting there 2 ridiculously lazy workers are just doing not crap while one guy is doing all the work my food sits there until 7:55 when someone decided to finally assist me . Not only was my food cold and incorrect but why bother even asking for a refund or it to be remade when clearly the workers don’t give a shit . For me to wait another almost hour for probably worse than the first time . Moral of the story go to a different wing place don’t waste your time on over priced crap food , lazy workers and unclean location. The only person worth a crap at this location was the gentleman making all the food and doing everything .

I don’t leave reviews often. I work in food industry, so I understand the struggle, but holy cow. I visit at least once a week to get my dinner after work. It’s incredible how untrained a lot of the crew are. I mean, I’ve come in at 9:30pm, and left at 11pm waiting for my order that I ordered online at work after I left at 9. I seriously think that the people that work at night are just untrained, and trying their best. It shows a lot towards management, rather than the night crew. My receipt sticker is so faded that I’m surprised they’re even able to read my name, let alone make sure I have everything for my order. Hell, I am sure I can just tell them my order included a drink and get the drink for free, because they CAN’T read the receipt. The back looks semi-clean, but the front typically looks gross. It’s just getting pretty ridiculous at this point. Management needs to get their sticks straight.
