The manager at this restaurant was very dismissive and would not release my food to me. I told them the name of the order and the last 4 digits of how I paid and he still refused. There is nowhere in the policy that states you have to show a screenshot. What about people who don’t have a mobile device? What are they supposed to show? I have ordered from multiple Wingstop locations multiple times and I have never had anyone ask for screenshots of the order, let alone, refuse to give me the food that has been prepaid. There is poor cellular service in this specific area as well so how are those individuals going to show something when they can’t pull their emails up? There are other non electronic ways to confirm an order. Perhaps asking for an ID or payment method, but you can’t just refuse to give the customer their food.

The wing stop on Newport Ave in east providence is horrible . You wait at counter for 15 minutes no one says anything . They are all talking . then after 30 minutes I get my food ask for ranch and the guy says those aren't free make sure you charge . So you spend 40.00 and get no ranch . Please do better

We tried the Wingstop in Erie, Pa tonight & was hugely disappointed! Ordered online, requested extra cooking time, and the dips we wanted! Went to pick them up at the time they said & still had to wait another 30 minutes! They said to check if everything was in the bag (lol). So, get home, the wings were 1/2 cooked and ended up in the trash, there was 3 pieces of celery & carrot splinters, and one dip, not the 2 I ordered! Needless, I will just stick with the Cab, Avonia Tavern or Presque Isle Pizza!

Visité una sucursal en Av. Ortiz Mena en la Ciudad de Chihuahua y siendo las 3:40 pm no tienen ni aderezos ni tampoco una sola cerveza, la persona que te recibe no te avisa que hay faltantes hasta que aparece la mesera para preguntarte si cuando entraste te avisaron 🙃 pésimo servicio

Went in to the Moreland Ave location in Atlanta this evening to place a to go order! Gerald was exceptionally professional, attentive and on top of everything l! He deserves a raise and I hope y’all keep him around! His people skills are top notch!

What a gross experience @wingstop has become. The restaurants are NASTY inside and the fries are HORRID. Bring back the OG fries!!! The Belmead, TX location is a mess, the manager doesn't care, the soda machine didn't have any sodas available. There was trash everywhere and the floors were a mess.

Wingstop near me recently changed to non fresh cut cheap hard fries for the same price. Disappointing. Saving money on fries will make them lose customers. Overcooked fries are not a value add

The place is very clean! Everyone is very friendly and polite, greeted immediately and they're very helpful. Their wings are always a must with a lot of flavors, they definitely cook them all the way so you get that crisp not slimy skin from undercooked wings. The chicken sandwich and tenders are not bad either. Prices are fair. Definitely give them a try if you're nearby.
