Alitas sin sabor y todas crudas, el aderezo está horrible aguado, las hamburguesas no están Taaan mal pero tampoco las recomiendo mucho.
Visité una sucursal en Av. Ortiz Mena en la Ciudad de Chihuahua y siendo las 3:40 pm no tienen ni aderezos ni tampoco una sola cerveza, la persona que te recibe no te avisa que hay faltantes hasta que aparece la mesera para preguntarte si cuando entraste te avisaron 🙃 pésimo servicio
Went in to the Moreland Ave location in Atlanta this evening to place a to go order! Gerald was exceptionally professional, attentive and on top of everything l! He deserves a raise and I hope y’all keep him around! His people skills are top notch!
Every location I pick up GrubHub deliveries has slow and rude service. I'm about to boycott their pickups with how consistently bad Wingstop is customer service wise.
What a gross experience @wingstop has become. The restaurants are NASTY inside and the fries are HORRID. Bring back the OG fries!!! The Belmead, TX location is a mess, the manager doesn't care, the soda machine didn't have any sodas available. There was trash everywhere and the floors were a mess.
Wingstop near me recently changed to non fresh cut cheap hard fries for the same price. Disappointing. Saving money on fries will make them lose customers. Overcooked fries are not a value add
The place is very clean!
Everyone is very friendly and polite, greeted immediately and they're very helpful.
Their wings are always a must with a lot of flavors, they definitely cook them all the way so you get that crisp not slimy skin from undercooked wings.
The chicken sandwich and tenders are not bad either.
Prices are fair.
Definitely give them a try if you're nearby.

After long day at work, a man just wants decent wings. Too much to ask I guess. Ordered online and picked up in store, went home excited to eat. Wings were over cooked, dry as sand, and has barely any sauce. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

I’ve patronized this Wingstop location over four times in the last 10 days, but after today’s experience, I will not be returning. I placed an order for delivery directly through the Wingstop website. After waiting over an hour with no updates, I contacted the store to ask if the food could be remade fresh once a driver was assigned, as the order was already delayed.
When the food finally arrived—an hour and a half later—it was completely burnt, dark, and overly hard, clearly not made fresh. I called the store to seek a resolution and was transferred to a manager named Derek, who was not only unhelpful but rude, disrespectful, and dismissive.
My disability advocate even offered to bring the food back to the store so they could see the poor quality firsthand and issue an exchange or refund. Derek refused to do anything and mockingly told me to just “leave a review online or file a complaint on the Wingstop website.”
When I requested contact information for the district manager, he refused to provide it, saying that any review I leave would “get back to him,” and then he hung up the phone on me.
As a loyal customer and someone with a disability, I expected far better treatment. I am deeply disappointed not only by the quality of the food but especially by the complete lack of professionalism and empathy from the manager.
I will be escalating this matter further with Wingstop corporate and urge others to be cautious when ordering from this location.

Second very bad experience at this Wingstop. Ordered 50 wings for 7:45. At 8:05 they apologized. At 8:20 they delivered the food. Half had been ready for 25 minutes. No consideration. Just sorry about that. Disappointed.
Food is always way over seasoned with salt you can't even eat it. cold fries never fresh. bad customer service, workers are rude, always on their phone or too busy messing around. Every time I order online my order is always messed up and they never like to fix it they always say there's no supervisor or manager available. I've been to several different Wingstop and it's all the same. what are they thinking when they hire these kids. Shame on you Wingstop
Went to newly opened Tonawanda location for a pick up order we did online. Not only were the fingers cold, they didn’t pack our cheese fries! We didn’t realize it til we got home. I emailed them with no response. Very disappointed!
I ordered online. App said my food would be ready. I got there, my order was not ready. I looked at the workers, not 1 person in there was wearing gloves.
