Visité una sucursal en Av. Ortiz Mena en la Ciudad de Chihuahua y siendo las 3:40 pm no tienen ni aderezos ni tampoco una sola cerveza, la persona que te recibe no te avisa que hay faltantes hasta que aparece la mesera para preguntarte si cuando entraste te avisaron 🙃 pésimo servicio

Went in to the Moreland Ave location in Atlanta this evening to place a to go order! Gerald was exceptionally professional, attentive and on top of everything l! He deserves a raise and I hope y’all keep him around! His people skills are top notch!

ordered ahead and brought food all the way home only to realize the idiots working put 2 of the order stickers on one box but only put half the wings in the box. one of the fries we ordered were old. literally crunchy and burnt, no fry seasoning. called the location to tell them we were missing 10 wings and gave us a hard time saying we had to prove we were missing 10 wings. so we had to drive the entire order back to the store while everything got cold. avoid this location at all costs

Ordered through the app, i get there after the time it said it would be ready turns out they were CLOSED and my order hadn’t even gone through, even through it said it would be ready in the app AND I received a confirmation email! I attempted to contact the store and Wingstop through the app for a refund but haven’t gotten any responses. Unacceptable I will never order again.

Every location I pick up GrubHub deliveries has slow and rude service. I'm about to boycott their pickups with how consistently bad Wingstop is customer service wise.

I go in there to make an order and the person who I assume is the manager says that someone will be with me shortly. And then just panders around in the kitchen, seemingly make all of his employees feel on edge while he does nothing and eats. I’m standing there with a baby on my hip for about 5 to 10 minutes and then one of the workers says that they don’t do orders in store and that I have to do it online. Why couldn’t the manager have said that and saved me the time?

What a gross experience @wingstop has become. The restaurants are NASTY inside and the fries are HORRID. Bring back the OG fries!!! The Belmead, TX location is a mess, the manager doesn't care, the soda machine didn't have any sodas available. There was trash everywhere and the floors were a mess.

Wingstop near me recently changed to non fresh cut cheap hard fries for the same price. Disappointing. Saving money on fries will make them lose customers. Overcooked fries are not a value add

Such a waste of money. Wont be back at this location; the wings tasted like they were sitting in oil and the sauce and seasonings were bad, very few fries in the bag and not well done.
Ordered online. There really is no excuse for not reading the order - there was no seasoning on the orders of fries, they were NOT well done, like we selected, and it’s required to select a dip during the order and there was no ranch included. Shame on us for not digging through the bag at pick up. But we won’t order from this place again.

We always go to this location and the chicken is normally very good but it seems there are all new employees now. See the attached pic. Our boneless wings are swimming in oil.
