Wingstop

I love wingstop so decided to try this location always get garlic Parmesan and original hot and was very disappointed the garlic Parmesan looks like I order plain wings literally and don't taste nothing or look like any other wingstop locations even the original hot flavor wings were dry like I got em from 711i am hella pissed to the point I wanna dispute the charge because I feel like I just got scammed this wings are so dry with no seasoning even the bottom of the container is dry with nothing which was odd as hell I've never in my life order hot wings and they be dry with no sauce at the bottom but the fries was on point crispy seasoned just right better than any other wingstop frys usually cause there soggy so I was excited for at lease!

I go here maybe once-twice a week, they always treat me with friendship and respect and food is 8.5/10 times exactly how it should be. Lot better than most 90% of the places

I placed an order through the app And a DoorDash driver failed to pick The order up because the food has sat for so long. All I want was a refund because it was ordered through Wingstop and I paid Wingstop. I was told by DoorDash that I had to get a refund from Wingstop when I got on the phone with this store the shift lead Monte told me “ I guess it’s my fault that a driver didn’t come pick up an order” No one placed blame the people at Wingstop so I don’t how Monte went so quick into being a victim in the situation, but if he didn’t have the brain capacity to handle the situation he could’ve had his manager take care of it. My husband placed another order and went to the store(which was missing several items) All the animosity that monte had over the phone was gone when my husband came in the store and he also still had no clue how to handle a refund situation which if you’re a leader on the shift that’s kind of embarrassing ! To make matters worse after calling the next day 2/16 I spoke to an actual manager and he was just as bad he cut me off multiple times and actually agreed with the stupid statement monte made to me TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !

Overpriced. Tried 2 different flavors, was not impressed with either. Fries weren't to my liking. Only 1 small thing of ranch for 8 tenders and fries. 16 dollars for 8 little boneless tenders is crazy.

I think that this location may be under new management because the customer service is amazing and the food is much better than when I was there before. I also didn't have a long wait as I previously did and the restaurant was very clean. Also, there was a variety of flavors to choose from.
