Place is busy and super understandable. But when you go and ask if my order was in don’t say “idk we are busy”
It’s a shame a big name business doesn’t give more support to their employees. Especially an order tracker so they won’t have to stop working and figure out what goes on. And what is up with online only? Really poor management.

The floors are sticky, the workers are absolutely terrible... they dont communicate, i ordered online and it took 45 minutes of my time just for them to tell me that they never got my order and they have to make it all over. I never had a problem with wingstop but this place is terrible..

Not even going to go into the details as it couldn’t have been a worse experience. If you like Wingstop, go to another location… at least for the next few months until this place gets their act together.

Extremely slow, order was incorrect after the triple wait time, and there was zero communication from the employees, let alone an apology or attempt to make it right. In addition, the store is absolutely filthy.. this is a new building!!!

I came in to place an order and could not pay cash only had to do it online so I did it on my phone and when I got home to eat it it was so salty I could not even eat it the people working there were in such a horrible mood and I was very disappointed

Ordered the $25 special that has three flavors, fries ,corn and 2 drinks. Got everything but the LG fries. Then tried to call store for 20 mins and the line was always busy. I guess I'll be going to the Volvo location from now on.

So I can't write the food because I was unable to get food. I walked into the store and up to the counter and was told I had to order online that their systems didn't work. When I hit the order online button it took me to doordash and said I had to order through there. And then you get the basic menu but you can't really ask questions. When I tried to ask the person at the store a question she said I don't know I'm not sure how that works. I ended up going to a competitor down the street. How can you be in a restaurant have two cash registers and not help people that walk in. I just wanted some wings I was very disappointed

Food was really good when it first opened. Has since gone down hill. Did the 30 wings multiple flavors each time. Tried at different times and different days hoping it was the exception but it seems it’s the normal quality to be expected. Wings are often over cooked especially the rub flavors may as well be sand. Food was never ready on time plan on waiting at least 15 minutes longer than what app says regardless of how busy they are. Employees are apathetic to any notion of customer service or normal social skills. Really wanted to like this place it’s not terrible just average at best, service leaves something to be desired though.

Walked in to place an order, and was promptly corrected to make an online order. What's with having 2 registers and not taking walk in orders? There were only 2 employees working, with a stack of orders left to fill. They weren't helpful with discount or promo codes. We ended up going to the next closest one at Holland road, because they honored a military discount. The Kempsville location didn't even try.

One of the worst Wingstops in the area and all of them are pretty bad. Everything I ordered they got wrong and then on top of that they are very slow. The owner needs to stop been cheap and hire more professionals employees, you can't run a store off of 2 employees.
