Out of everything and blasting music to where you can't even hear them talk to you

Everytime I've walked in I've been told they are not taking walk in orders only online.. this is the 3rd time in two months this has happened. Employees were just standing around each time the first time I waited 15 minutes to place an order while theyre standing around talking before they finally acknowledged me. I would not recommend this location to anybody.

everytime i go in there they all got headphones in, are rude, and theres usually a younger girl in the back with the fryer in one hand and in the other she watching netflix on her phone. no hair net. no hat. no gloves. truthfully it's run by just kids atp it's disgusting to just see them being so careless . i been going to this location since it opened and it's just gotten worse over the last 3 months. i don't even do reviews but it's horrible now .

This location is terrible. Food takes way longer than they say, incorrect orders with no remedy, staff standing around, and the place is filthy.

My fiancé and I order delivery from this Wing Stop all the time, the value with the boneless wing deal is hard to pass up. Sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s meh, but the last 2 times we ordered most recently, especially today’s order, was fantastic. Steaming hot, covered in tons of sauce, chicken AND the fries cooked perfectly. I’m not sure if management changed or new staff or what, but this is the best Wingstop in the area at this very moment. Please keep up the good work!

My favorite is the lemon pepper. I am very surprised about the low ratings. I always order ahead and I try not to be in a rush. The chicken always comes out hot and fresh. This is my go to chicken wing spot in the area.

Been in here waiting for a doordash order for 20 mins that was supposed to be done when I got here. Staff were just sitting down listening to music not even doing anything when I came in

Place is busy and super understandable. But when you go and ask if my order was in don’t say “idk we are busy”
It’s a shame a big name business doesn’t give more support to their employees. Especially an order tracker so they won’t have to stop working and figure out what goes on. And what is up with online only? Really poor management.
