There was a pizza with pepperoni stacked on top of each other. Dry cheesy bread and no cinnamon on a hard ass brick. The operation would be somewhat better if they stay tf off the phone.

Always comes fast, and 9/10 the pizza is still hot and delicious. The Cinnabon mini rolls will make you see Jesus. This is my new regular spot to order on a Saturday night.

This location has been riddled with issues for years. This is the second time in two months we've ordered for pick up, and the tracker claims it as ready in 15 mins, but when we show up, we've had to wait nearly an hour more. The website would not allow us to order delivery, probably due to lack of drivers, which is understandable. They are creating a lot of bad feelings and distrust with people waiting around without proper communication. The problem lies with the lack of honesty when ordering. We wouldn't have minded picking up later if we were told up front, but when we arrived they claimed it was in the oven when it hadn't even been made yet. Why lie?

Will never order from here again. Literally 2 mins from my house and I called to place an order at 1119pm. Order stated 1 hour 20 mins delivery time. I called them back at 1225pm to inquire tine since store closes at 1am. Said delivery driver left store and it would be 2 hours from order time because they were busy. Then I get a message - phone doesn't ring - at 114am that the order was cancelled because the delivery driver came to the house and no one was home. Total lie because I've been waiting for 2 hours and no one showed. Now I can't even order any other pizza place due to this crap. Total crap service. I called the call center as soon as I get the message and they say order was cancelled and store is now closed. Don't order from here !!

This is my local Pizza Hut. Let me start by saying the food is always delicious and piping hot. This review is not rated high for the simple fact that each time I go to pick the food up there is only one person at the store. Although pick up time will say 4, I give it a few extra minutes to be safe. However due to lack of staff I'm usually waiting 5-10 minutes just to be asked what I'm there for. Really hoping extra staff will be coming and my review can go up.

I gave this place so many chances. So, many! But they are one of the worse establishments I've ever had to deal with. The order is ALWAYS wrong and they almost NEVER make it right. The pizza is ALWAYS late and cold. This last time was the last straw. I ordered a large thin crust pizza. They call me a half hour later and say they are out of large thin crust pizzas. I don't know how that's even possible but it also shows that a half hour after I ordered they STILL had not made my pizza. They offer to make it any other crust, including pan. I tell them to make it a pan pizza. So after another hour and 15 minutes it finally gets here. Guess what, it's cold and it's a hand tossed (not a pan pizza). They managed to mess up the order twice. Just unacceptable. I have no idea of the incompetence it takes to be this bad of an establishment but I no longer care to ponder about it. I'm done with this place and everyone else should be too. Avoid at ALL COSTS!

Terrible service. Employes are on there phone more than working, sat for 30 minutes waiting for a dinner box,qhen you gi to the counter, employees dont even acknowledge you.. wont be back
We eat alot of pizza in this house, and the five of us have become a bit picky. Just about every weekend we enjoy a different place and this pizza hut has won hands down from all od the other places we order from. The thin crust pizza with chicken, bacon, tomatoes and spinach is always good. I highly recommend this place.

Staff is pretty nice. They told me my food would be done in 15 minutes and I think it was done faster then that. They showed me my order before I left so we shall see how everything is when I get home.

I love Pizza Hut. But every time I order from you guys I order a Pepsi and you send me Diet Pepsi. I'm not ordering a heart attack in a box and skimping on the fluid washing it down. Please. Pepsi. Stop the diet nonsense.

This is the second time I ordered from this Pizza Hut. On both occasions the pizza was undercooked. I also got wings this time, they were the smallest wings I have ever seen. I cannot recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone, I will be trying the other pizza delivery places nearby.
