The customer service at this place is absolutely terrible. They refused to serve me at the bar because I was not seated in one of their chairs. After I sat in one of their chairs, I was then told they still would not serve me by the bartender and then by the manager because they thought I was with a group. I was not part of any group, I just wanted a beer that they seemed hell-bent on refusing to serve me. I will never come back here

Fun atmosphere, tons of beer selection and the food I had was tasty and well put together. Our table did have an issue with nachos and some beer flights missing or made incorrectly but the manager, Frank, came by and turned it all around instantly. He was an absolute rockstar and his energy and passion are both evident. This franchise is lucky to have people like him working there!

I’m honestly disappointed this time around. I came here a week ago and had an amazing experience with David — so much so that I left a 5-star review. Because of that, I decided to come back this past Saturday, November 8th (11pm same timeframe). Unfortunately, the service this time was the complete opposite.
Our waitress, Rae, greeted us promptly and took our order. I even joked about whether she could remember it all, and she confidently said, “I got this.” I was impressed at first. But then, only one salad came out (brought by another server). I mentioned that we had ordered two, and he said the second was coming.
After waiting another 10–15 minutes, my entrée arrived — still no second salad. Rae came by to chat with the table of six (behind me), so I politely reminded her about the missing salad. She said it was coming, but another 10 minutes passed, and I eventually just started eating my meal.
By the time the second salad arrived, I was nearly finished eating. I told Rae I didn’t want it anymore, but she insisted it was free and offered to box it to go. My adult daughter agreed to take it, but after that, Rae never returned to our table — no refills, no check-ins, nothing. I sat there eating my meal with melted ice, while she continued chatting at the table behind us where she could visually see my empty glass for my entire meal, for several minutes (and the restaurant wasn’t even busy). I've never eaten a meal without a drink.
To make matters worse, I later realized I was still charged for the salad that was supposedly “no charge.”
Even though the service was terrible, I still left about a $10 tip on a $70 bill — but honestly, I regretted it. I really wanted to support this restaurant because of my great first visit, but this experience was such a letdown.
If I ever return, it’ll only be if David is working — I’d definitely request him specifically. Never thought I would have to reserve a specific waiter!

There was literally a huge brawl between other patrons there. Everyone just kept doing their job and just avoided the fight happening or acted like it wasn’t happening?? Even when customers started clearing out as we were all assuming a weapon was going to be drawn or it was going to escalate even further. I felt completely unsafe and will never be returning.
