We picked up our pizza at the time the app says it was finished, we live 6 mins away and the pizza was cold. This pizza was the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. We got chicken mushrooms and green peppers. Nothing about that pizza was good, nothing was seasoned and everything was cold. It felt like the vegetables came from a can. Nothing was fresh about that pizza. Very disappointed considering it’s a 4.3 star place.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! I have a very severe allergy that was NOT taken seriously. I live very far away and came to this establishment the night before I drove home. I had to stop every 20 minutes, on the side of the road at times, because my allergy was NOT handled appropriately. I am extremely disappointed. This establishment is abelist against people with allergies. 0 STARS

I got the 14-in steak and cheese pizza, it was very good, and I was very pleased, however I looked at their menu online and it said the price was $21 for the 14 in but it was actually $27, not a deal-breaker, but I like to be aware of what it actually cost before I make the order.

My husband and I went out for what we thought would be a good dinner. Because I love YNot, just never been to this location! And I will never go back!!! The waitresses where awesome! Whom I think was management, was going around to all the tables asking was everything OK. When he got to our table, I was hesitant to say that my over priced Alfredo was more like soup. I asked for a spoon and he walked off! Maybe he thought I wanted it for free because I'm a person of color! So we paid 116$ + tip. Never going

Went by there around 6:30 in the evening and about 5 staff are outside the place having some confrontation like they were all getting ready to fight some guy. I go inside to place an order and everyone inside sees me standing at the register, but NOBODY comes up to take my order for several minutes, everyone is busy looking out the window and talking about whatever nonsense had happened, including the(i assume) manager wearing the black shirt. RIDICULOUS. Whatever.

Went in for lunch for a slice of pizza. Menu offers speciality by the Slice for lunch. When we asked for that the trainer of our server quickly became aggressive and said we don’t do that here. I mentioned it was on the menu and she said our location doesn’t do it. Everyone in our party felt her tone and manner of reply was very abrupt and rude. It’s an electronic menu you should adjust for location. And don’t have her train anyone she was horrible. Decided right then probably finding different place to go for lunch

A few years back, I was disappointed with ynot Providence, but for some reason or another, decided to give it another chance. Well, I'm glad we did. It's got a lot going for it. Good food, good staff, and a good atmosphere. They should dim the lights at dinner!
Very overhyped restaurant, their $9 tiramisu is small and mediocre, the pizza is alright not special, topping proportion could be better. Overall if you want service and looks I'd choose here, if not look somewhere else.

YNOT is known for their great food and great customer service… However, this time I was highly disappointed with this location as the portion and quality of food (chicken piccata) was subpar… For $29 this is what I got and a stale roll… I asked for a garlic roll and she informed me that it would be extra if I wanted a garlic roll and that the entrées it just came with a standard roll.
Additionally, I had left with my food and had to turn around and go back to get utensils… Typically, when you order to go food, you would include utensils…

Service good. Wait was 30 min + at lunchtime with 2 other people in the restaurant..There must of been at least 4 cooks in the kitchen. Food was passable. Gelato we tasted just wasn't right .tasted like sugar wasn't dissolved or the eggs never added. Bought a few Italian cookies that tasted old..on that note not sure if we would return.
