This is the second busy Friday in the last 2 months we've eating at this YNot and both times not only was the food and service exceptional both times this time the owner Tony was there greeting customers, cleaning tables and even boxed our leftovers. It just goes to show he keeps his fingers on the pulse of the business which is probably why the brand has such a great reputation! I would definitely recommend YNot for being a fun family friendly restaurant with great food and excellent service!

Ynots in Kempsville has gone down hill. My last order was worst ever and it is not the first time. Drinks should have been 1 Dew & 1 Diet pepsi in 20 oz bottles. Drinks arrived as 2, 6 oz plastic cups of Dew. When asked about the Diet soda I was told what was delivered was all that could be found and then the person threw arms up and walked away. Next, 1 Carrot cake arrived as some kind of sponge cake with whip cream on it.When you spend over $100, not counting a donation, and a tip, you would think they could get the order right. The food was okay; however, I have had better elsewhere.

The food was ok. My problem is the staff. They don't have enough workers, and they don't honor reservations. I reserved their room at the Chesapeake location only for them to give it to some kids. I schedule my people to be there at 7 pm. We were waiting to be seated in the lobby now for over 25 minutes while they pushed tables together. I had a Reservation the kids did not.. so I ate nothing and told my party of 20 to not, tip and I will NEVER be back. I was embarrassed how can you tell people you reserved a room to get there and it not be available. But they screwed themselves. 20 adults to 12 kids.. I hope they tipped well enough for all of us. I was going to give her $100 tip just for the accommodation plus what my party tipped. Oh we were given free gelato for the inconvenience.. as well as yhe kids who were not inconvenience What a dummy..

We went here after my son’s basketball game. Since they won the championship, we decided to treat the boys with pizza. The staff was very accommodating for 20+ people without a reservation on a Saturday at noon. I would eat here again without any hesitation. Kudos to the staff.Kid-friendliness: The staff gave each boy a ball of pizza dough to play with while we waited for our food.

The quality has suffered while their prices have skyrocketed. Used to be my go-to Italian....No

Service and atmosphere are great. I used to frequent here about 7 years ago and had some great meals. Unfortunately fast forward to 2024, not the best food. Food prices are too high for mediocre results.Ordered a Sicilian style white, it was greasy focaccia style crust with an odd layer of cheese melted on top. Extremely salty, not good. My wife took two bites and had enough.Fair disclosure, perhaps I messed up by getting a white pizza on Sicilian, but then again, it shouldn't be offered if it's not a good combination. The ricotta was almost non existent because it melted underneath, creating a salt and oil pitRecommendations:Put the ricotta on top! Don't offer white pizzas on Sicilian, or make sure the customer knows what they are ordering, not just a "thicker crust".Stromboli was average at best, greasy and a bad ratio of ingredients (way too much pepperoni stacked, like they didn't care and just slapped it together).Garlic knots are overpriced, not doughy or garlicky like other spots. You can do better!

YNot has been our go-to local family pizza/Italian restaurant forever and now they seem to be getting to big for their britches. The food and service were still excellent. Portions very large (pass on the Tiramisu- no espresso just a cake and cream)They have tablets as menus, which seem unnecessary because you’re not ordering from them; there are still servers. The prices have skyrocketed!$20.00+ for a pasta dish - which no longer comes with a side salad.Appetizers / Desserts were pricey:(6) Garlic Knots $6.99Mozzarella sticks $9.99Cáprese Salad $12.99Bruschetta $15.99Tiramisu $9.99Sad that a community favorite isn’t family centered anymore.Vegetarian options: Create your own pizza, pasta, and salad options available.

I don’t know what going on but the pizza is super thin, the sauce taste water down and very little cheese! This is the second time this happened to me at the Providence location. I used to love ynot pizza cause it is the closest to New York Pizza. I will try another location and see how that goes!

Great pizza! That's all we went for. Got a half extra cheese, half pepperoni pie. Easy, simple, and great tasting. No complaints about the service, the food or the atmosphere. We will go again!!!
