I just called this place to inquire about their product availability and prices, and the person who answered the phone was VERY rude. In fact, he yelled the price when I asked for clarity and hung up without ending the conversation. I'm glad we're not going to buy from this place. Based on this experience, they don't deserve our business.

Very hard to understand bc his English isn't the best. Brought a bushel of male crabs that were overcooked in un-seasoned water, none of the claws were attached and the crabs were severely discolored and didn't look or taste fresh! Normally I cook them myself but I was visiting Virginia and this must be the trend bc I went to another place and it was the same! Shrimp had no seasoning but were cooked perfectly. I don't recommend nor will I ever be returning

Good food..but this store needs a cashier..I been here 3 times and its just one person who does cashier than goes in the back to cook the food. The line gets backs up..I seen in my own eyes customers leaving due to the long unjustly wait to get their order placed.. My last visit I waited 50 mins, then I was asked "DID I pay?" I guess the receipt in my hand and waiting patiently wasn't a clue. This store is losing business and can make so much $$$ due to lack of & one person staff.. Remember customer service is a plus....

Everytime I call here they are so rude and I never get an answer to my question. No phone etiquette or customer service skills. Do not order from here.
SO RUDE AND SO NASTY! There was only one man taking orders, cooking the food and ringing people up. He was extremely rude, had a thick accent and instead of clarifying he yells making him more difficult to understand. He rang me up for the wrong amount of crabs, and when I brought it to his attention he yelled “NO” waved his hand and walked to the back to continue cooking. I insisted on an answer as to way I wasn’t given what I ordered, and he continued to ignore me. I won’t be back

The Man was rude and nasty the minute I asked what size crabs he had. He was nasty. I have ordered cooked food once before and it was garbage. Wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy
