Food options were good but coconut shrimp wasn't full cooked. The reason I gave them low stars was because at a party of 2 tables and when half of the party left from one of the tables they decided they would see the other people there while we were sitting there and expected us to move while half our party was still there eating at the second table. It was confusing and embarrassing.

Great food... great service! Never had a bad moment here. Their sushi is most excellent! The other stuff on the buffet... well, I don't eat much from there as I'm all about the sushi, the squid salad topped with baby octopus. Their desserts are ok...
There was a lady watching everyone grab food from the hot food section and making my whole family feel uncomfortable then we ordered boba, it was half cooked. I asked if they could exchange it, they said no and I tried to tell them to take if off the bill and they come back with just the tea and no pearls. bad service, bad boba, bad place to eat.

This establishment allows their waitress staff to not give receipts nor their change. They stalk your table until you pay as if one has any intentions on not paying. The food is okay most cold and old and up until we were ready to leave our waitress was great! Please stop holding people change because it’s theirs. We were stalked pretty much by one of the older Loren ladies and it made the remaining time inside of the establishment uncomfortable and this was after we had already paid almost $200 for six people already. Please do better

There's not many buffets where you can go and truly enjoy the sushi and hot dishes, but Yukai is a rare find. The sushi is always fresh and trustworthy, they even have salmon and yellow tail sashimi. For the price of a single roll at other restaurants you can truly enjoy a feast! Don't forget to end on their sesame balls and chocolate coffee cake, trust me you won't regret it!

Tried today and loved it! Although the outside didn’t catch my eye, but the food was fantastic. The sashimi was fresh and delicious, and the pho was amazing. All food was not too salty and filled up quickly. The rolls were so so. Overall, great food and service. Will definitely be back!
